SUBJECT DEMONSTRATION VIDEOS ON ELECTRONIC


FILING

To fully implement the electronic filing and service of inbound and outbound
court documents during the mandatory period (starting December 1), the Honorable
Court En Bane issued a Resolution dated November 26, 2024 in A.M. No.
19-1 0-20-SC, I resolving to amend the 2019 Amendments to the 1997 Rules of Civil
Procedure and approve Rule 13-A (Interim Rule on the Electronic Filing and Service
of Pleadings, Judgments, and Other Papers in Civil Cases), which took effect on
December 1,2024 (mandatory periods?

In fulfillment of the continuing mandate to provide training and support to all


concerned, you are hereby ENJOINED to WATCH the Demonstration Videos on
Electronic Filing, prepared by the Management Information Systems Office of the
Supreme Court, on or before December 20,2024. These may be accessed through
the link provided, using the official Philippine Judiciary 365 (PJ365) accounts of
your respective courts: https:llbit.ly/efilingdemovids.

After watching all the videos in their entirety, you are DIRECTED to
ACCOMPLISH the Compliance Survey - eFiling Demonstration Videos on
December 20, 2024, through the link below, also using the official PJ365 accounts
of your respective courts, and signify whether you have completely watched all the
demonstration videos and upload proof of compliance, or explain the reason/s if you

Everyone is firmly reminded that the primary responsibility of "ensuring that


all pleadings and other court submissions electronically transmitted to their court are
properly accounted for and are included in the case record or rollo," rests with the
clerk of court or branch clerk of court.' Likewise, and as already disclosed in the
training materials related to the mandatory application of eFiling, the court
interpreters and the clerks (civil docket clerks), are also required to assist and be
equally responsible in the performance of these functions. ,
