Re : APPOINTMENT LETTER
We are pleased to confirm your selection as" ELECTRO PLATER"subject to following tenns
and conditions :-
(!) Your monthly salary will be KD 130 /- (Kuwaiti Dinars one hundred thirty Only).
(2) Probation period shall be for 100 days effective from your joining date.
(3) Free Air Passage (Economy Class) from Chennai /Mumbai/ Delhi /Cochin/ Trivandrnm
and back to Chennai / Mumbai / Delhi / Cochin / Trivandrum from Kuwait at the End of
Service eligible after minimum completion of two (2) years.
(4) Free food & accommodation will be provided to you after joining duty in Kuwait if staying in
company's camp only. (No cash will be reimbursed in case of staying outside the
Company Camp/taking food outside Company Canteen).
(5) In case of end of service within first three years, you will riot be permitted to work for an
entity in the State of Kuwait that perfonns the same activities as Ours (Al-Ahleia
Switchgear Co.) for a period of three (3) years without our (Al-Ahleia Switchgear Co.)
written consent.
(6) Due to Company regulations, this appointment letter may be cancelled before applying the
Visas.
(7) All other terms and conditions shall be in accordance with Kuwait Labour Law for Private
Sector.
You will be provided with a Visa/Residence Permit for the duration you work in this
Company. However, this will depend on prevailing Kuwait Government mies and regulations.
