vertical pumps.
Inspect the condition of rotating parts namely shaft, sleeve, inqieller coupling and
stationary parts such as casing, stuffing box, distance piece, and bearing housing.
Responsible for piping erection at areal pipe rack and around equipment.
Supervise the fabrication and erection works.
Preparing the daily progress reports.
Preparing weekly ahead detailed work schedule. Coordinate schedule of testing on
piping to both hydro test group and QC.
Responsible for erection of piping related to the pumps.
Responsible for erection of equipments such as pumps, vessels. tanks and
compressors and other equipments as per the approved method statement.
COMMISSIONING HIGHLIGHTS
Commissioning of Pumps. Compressors, gas Turbines and Steam
Turbines.
Carried out punching of all the process. pipeline equipment.
Responsible for the successful commissioning of the three phase separator,
Crude Oil storage tanks,Heat exchanger, column and Boilers.
Carried out piping and process commissioning sour process platform.
perform pipeline leak lest activities. operation test plan. Etc.

Maintenance jobs carried out in Heat exchangers of Fixed, Floating and U
tube type which include activities right from blinding, bundle pulling,
cleaning, testing, repair works as per inspection etc..

activities like blinding, Plugs removal tubes ID cleaning, Hydro testing
activities. etc.

oil seal checking and replacing.
MECHANICAL SEAL
SEALOL, JOHNCRANE, DURAMETALLIC. Worked on all type of seals
including single and double and tandem seal single spring, and multi
spring bellow type and proper rectification oldie same.
