The given flowchart provides information about the recycling of aluminum

drinks cans. At first glance, 11 steps are included in the recycling process to
transform new cans from wastes over a span of 6 weeks.
Firstly, the waste is collected and then transported to the factory FOR
deposit. After being washed thoroughly with water to remove any dust, the
cans are crushed into small pieces. In the next step, the crushed material
is processed in the manufacturing site and in this stage, people use
chemicals to erase the work-in-process material.
After that, the component is heated by fire and melted down to a liquid form.
It then goes into a mold to take on a new shape. It then be weighted before
being put through a rolling process to create new cans.
To sum up, there are several steps are involved in the recycling of aluminum
drinks cans. The waste has been through many stage including washing,
erasing, heating, molding to become new cans.
Some think most crime is the result of circumstances e.g. poverty
and other social
problems. Other believe that most crime is caused by people who
are bad by nature.
Discuss both views and give your own opinion

There is no doubt that crime is one of the most critical issues in our society.
Some people believe that crime comes mostly from external conditions e.g.
poverty and others social problems, while others argue that most crime is
the result of internal characteristic. In this essay, I will discuss both sides of
the argument and conclude with my viewpoint.

One compelling argument in favor of external factors is that people will not
conduct a crime if their basic needs are met. This argument is
overwhelmingly supported by statistical evidence from thousands of studies
across the world. A good evidence of this is the percentage of crime in
developing countries is often higher than in developed countries. In poor
countries, when people encounter starving, poverty, lack of standard living
conditions, they force themselves in some illegal actions that can help them
to survive, for examples, thief, blackmail, kidnapping, etc. In developed
countries where governments create job and good social welfare, citizens
have their own property and they don't need to do anything illegal.

However, some people hold an opposing view, arguing that many rich people
also conduct crimes. It is true that some people in good conditions still
violate other's property. The reason for this is people have bad
characteristics, they are anti-social. Another significant reason is that maybe
they have someone that they don't like and they want to have an avenger
on them.

In conclusion, although there are arguments to be made on both sides, I

believe that people are born with naive and kindness. Therefore, crimes are
mostly from external factors like lacking of social supports of unemployment.
There is no doubt that advertising has now become an essential part of
every business. Some people believe that advertising has a positive effect on
businesses and consumers while others argue that it also brings certain
drawbacks. In my opinion, the benefits of advertising outweigh its
shortcomings.
On the one hand, advertising helps businesses bring their products to
customers. Through multiple advertising methods, such as banners, posters,
flyers, TVCs and social media content, advertising not only helps firms to
reach nearby customers but also customers in other cities, or even in other
countries. From the perspective of consumers, advertising helps them
access wider range of product and find suitable one to purchase. Ultimately,
businesses can increase their revenue and consumers can be served with
better products. Moreover, advertising is a creative industry that can employ
many people as many of my friends are currently working as advertising
executives or content creators.
On the other hand, advertising also has negative effects. Firstly, it can
overwhelm customers with tons of information. Every day, people see
several advertisements and they might end up buying things that satisfy
their instant desires, not something that is truly necessary for their lives.
Secondly, advertising focuses on brand image and story telling which can
make the product more expensive than before. Thirdly, consumers are in
danger of buying something that is not correspond with what they see
on the advertisement. I myself bought a hat which does not look the same
as it did in the livestream.
In conclusion, although there are arguments to be made on both sides, I
believe that advertising will maintain their vital role in businesses and in our
life as a bridge to connect consumer demand and business production.
The flow chart illustrates the process of generate electricity from coal. At first
glance, the picture shows several steps to transform coal from mine to
electricity used for houses and industries.
At the beginning of the process, coal is explored/extracted from mine and
then it is crushed into tiny pieces. After that, those crushed coal is
transported to a factory using a large truck. These materials then go into a
gasifier which can separate gas from solid waste which is then be removed
to the external environment.
In the next stage, gas extracted from previous step goes through a cooler
before moving to a gas power plant. In this place, gas continues to be
classified into electricity and heat waste. Heat waste is distracted to the
environment while electricity is distributed to be used in houses and
industries.
To sum up, electricity production is a complex process that involves a lot of
steps. It also requires several advanced technique such as gasification to
transform coal into usable energy for personal and business purposes.

Some people believe that young people should choose the jobs that
they want, but other people think they should be more realistic and
think more about their future. Discuss both views and give your own
opinion.

In today's world, as technology grows rapidly, more and more jobs are
available in the labor market. Young people are now struggling with tons of
optionS when they need to decide which profession they should follow.
Some people argue that young people should choose the job that they want
while other people believe that they should be more realistic and choose a
job that is beneficial for their future. In my opinion, people should consider
several facets/factors to give a profound decision.
It is worth noting that choosing a desired job brings multiple benefits TO
workers. When they work with passion, they will feel less pressure and gain
higher productivity. People tend to enjoy working when they love what they
are doing. Passion FOR work also motivates and encourages individualS to
achieve higher target. For example, a friend of mine loves drawing and since
she was a child, she always dream of becoming an artist. Despite the
restrictions from her parents, she insists ON her passion and works very
hard. Ultimately, she is now a nationally well-known book cover illustrator.
However, people who follow their dream not always succeed.
Notably, Gen Z now struggles with finding their passion. This journey needs a
lot of time to research and ponder to find out what they really want. It is a
safe option to choose a more realistic job which can be considered as
positions in industries with high-demanding in the market, for instance,
/such as AI Cloud, robotics or automotive industries. There are also several
advantages associated with this choice. Firstly, job seekers will have higher
possibility of being hired with A high salary. Since these mentioned
industries are growing rapidly, they will have a number of job vacancies and
good offers to attract talents. Secondly, a well-paid and steady job can help
people not only work well but also achieve a better work-life balance.

In conclusion, although there are arguments to be made on both sides,

I agree that the choice should depend on each individuals. If an individual
already has their passion and is also determined, I fully support them to
follow their dream.
