Responsibilities
Making purchase orders in IFS.
Issue purchase order to the supplier with terms and conditions.
Follow up all the material as per their delivery date.
Making Supplier Day wise supply schedule and follow up as per production plan.
Planning of raw material requirement in production and store department as per inventory.
Monitor slow/non-moving items and disposal of expired/unused material.

Cost reduction - Alternate vendor development.
Checking stock level and maintaining minimum stock inventory of raw material for uninterrupted production.
