Newsletter 2- Food

The table is open for our closed first supper.

Which of course makes me think about the biblical “Last Supper,” where we get the word BE-
TRAY from. So of course when Jesus said, “One of you will BE-TRAY me,” the double-speak is
strong. All of you know what tray means, it’s a platter. You know what it means to serve
something or someone up on a platter, or be served up on said platter.

In any case, the one that truly betrayed Jesus is unlikely to be Judas, who was more like
controlled opposition. Peter, the founder of the Catholic Church (along with handler Paul), was
likely the real betrayer. He took the blood and body (energy) of Christ and implanted that
energy in Rome. Rome, had/has an energy to it that can make things SPREAD. So imagine an
air filtration system for the world, and imagine tinting that air filtration system with a flavor.
That’s basically the strong magic that Paul (and Peter if he actually made it to Rome) performed
once there. So the “Christ” energy, largely perverted, seeped far and wide into the Ether, and
it's now long been the biggest religion in the World.

However, this is not a newsletter about religion, but about food and I just simply wanted to
start our meal together with that prayer and sermon.

You notice the structure of table in Leonardo Da Vinci’s “Last Supper.” You ever seen anyone
sit at a table like that anymore? You think there’s a reason for it?
So think about most tables we sit at. They are circular or rectangular. Now the problem with
the circular ones, is that you’re a mimicking something that can truly be consider hOly, the
zOdiac. Now most of you have seen that usually the Sun or the yin/yang symbol sits at the
center of the zodiac with the 12 signs going around it. What sits at the center of your round
table friends? FOOD.

Without knowing it, you belittle yourself each and every time, because the center of your
consumption is usually that low quality food you eat. The Sun at the center of the Zodiac
makes some sense because it feeds energy to the planet. How low quality is the Sun power in
the food you eat? The Yin/Yang (or alternatively the Light and Dark Suns) is in many ways even
moreso a driving force of energy. Do yourself a favor, make the center of you and your family’s
dinner table either something that is positive energy for the family, or something aligned with
existence. You can circle or surround it with the food, but don’t make the food the center. You
are symbolically and energetically harming yourself. This is true at a square or rectangular table
as well. Don’t make food the center piece.

One thing that you’ll often see at the lower level elite eating tables (we don’t get to see the
high level elite) are flowers in the center of the table, rather than food. They are served
individual plates put in front of them, but only rarely is the food displayed in the middle of the
table.

I know at Jesus’s table, he was the center piece. Often the disciples would form a circle around
him, and eat their food. Jesus would speak to a trine (three of them a time), and rotate
throughout the meal to ensure that he spoke with each of the 4 trines. Every other meal, the 4
trines would revolve around him instead and he would remain in position. Public meals often
involved him in the middle of long rectangular tables as he and the 12 spoke to others publicly
over a meal. At a circular table, if he wasn’t in the center, it was likely a public meal or one
easily accessed by the public. But the high level, private meetings involved him at true center
and rotating or being revolved around.

But again, you probably don’t have a Jesus in your life. So flowers are often decent. They have
some more of that sunlight, if you will, soaked into them than your cooked, low quality food. If
you have a small garden you keep in your backyard for example, it’s even better to use thoswe
flowers. At the higher, hidden levels, symbols of great power are usually displayed. Often, the
eating utensils, the hands of the eaters, or the food itself, will come into contact with that
symbol in order to “bless the food,” whereas most of you just cross your heart and hope to die
before your meal (talked about the cross before in tweets).

I don’t want this to devolve into a letter about GMOs and fake food as most of you are aware of
that. It’s not hard to go to google images and type in “food” and see what pops up. This is why I
prefer to call it nourishment (type nourishment in and see what you get). Nour comes from the
Arabic word for Light. Rish is the Arabic word for feathers (Al riysh). Ment or mint is like
minting money. It’s not all from ancient languages. “Our Rich Mint” is obviously built into
Nourishment as well. Enrich your mint my friends. They use the word food (implanted) and
associate that 666 with fear, so every time you say 666D (F=6, O=15/6), the fear mechanism,
whether you note it or not, is activated and you are made more open to fear. Nourishment is
rarely used in the language, but it is provided as a less problematic term.

Now of course there’s a whole esoteric art to flowers. Different flowers carry different
vibrational energies and are symbolic of different things. Typically with elites, you get floral
arrangements that are meant to help achieve a certain dynamic. Some examples: building
wealth together, negotiating and coming to an agreement, mending old rivalries in the interest
of working together for each other’s self-interest, etc. It doesn’t take a rocket scientists to
figure out that red roses, for example, will elevate the lustful quality at the table (assuming
you’re on a date), especially in a dimmer lighting setting (whole other art to lighting as well).
There’s also a whole esoteric setup to how the plates (round), silverware, glasses, etc. are
placed on the table itself (especially in the royal or very high end settings). So there are many
different things this letter could cover, but I really want to focus it on the food!

So let’s snap out of religious fantasies and royal fascinations, and go back to where most of us
are; at the drive through of some fast food chain about to get your dinner after a long night of
work. You’re about to order a cheeseburger. Well let me tell you what’s happening in the
process. Your largely fake beef patty is being handled by a low frequency being with an IQ of 80
before being placed between some highly processed buns with highlight processed cheese and
GMOd tomatoes and lettuce! Did it sound like I just said something offensive about America’s
fast food workers? Your damn right I did. You see there are good people who are low
frequency people. There are bad people as well. Those living entirely in the lower chakras
having a yin/yang element to them. There a lot of good folks that I don’t really mean to offend,
but the impact it has on you is the same nonetheless. The food you consume when you eat at
most restaurants, fast casual, and fast food chains is being touched by/prepared by low
frequency beings, which impacts the food before it goes into your system. Of course this says
nothing about all the awful shit that happened to the food before they even prepared it.

See historically, elites and royals have been very picky about their chefs and their servers. They
need higher frequency, positive energy (to them and their family energy) folks to be preparing
their food. Most of the peasants simply are not good enough. If you think a real elitist would
step into even a chipotle (non-GMO) to have their burrito prepared by some transgender
woman with blue hair and a nose ring, you’re sorely mistaken. Now lower level elites like
politicians have to do it because that’s the role they’re playing. The few who are in the know,
still try to do so as infrequently as possible. Thankfully most of these people have to wear
gloves, which lessens but doesn’t totally dismantle the energy impact. Many of you think “oh
they wear gloves because for cleanliness and to prevent germs.” Absolutely correct, but the
energy process is happening at the same time as the more tangible physical processes, and
while gloves protect from a lot of those physical tangible processes, they do not protect from
the energy process nearly as well---very much like condoms in sex, though we’ll get to that in a
future letter ;)
The bottom line for the average person is this—eat out less and eat at home more. Eat organic
and prepare your own food or have someone that loves you and that is well aligned with your
numerological and astrological energy preparing your food. Do the same for them.

We’ve created a culture where very little food is prepared at home anymore, and it does have
an impact on the human being. Just think about it. The body that you have today only exists
because of the food you eat. You were this tiny baby, and you ate and drank in order to grow.
At first, hopefully you drank your mother’s breast milk, a food totally prepared by your mother.
Food became body. “You are what you eat.” If I didn’t have McDonalds and similar shit 3 times
a week as a kid, I’d practically be a superhuman.

It gets worse this than this. Not only do you need to eat out frequently, but most people
including millennials in the most economically important parts of America, eat out frequently
but need variety! Variety is oh so important to them. They need fast food one night, a salad
place the next, Chinese, than Indian, then some avocado toast, then this, then that. I don’t
mind diversity. I like diversity. The problem is that there becomes so many sources of food
preparation and service to you. So much different energy is being consumed in your food on a
daily and weekly basis now. It 100% contributes to mental illness.

In the old days, the mother or wife would cook a meal, and you didn’t have to like it; but it’s all
you’d eat the entire week until she made something else the following week. What this did is it
allowed the body to align itself in a certain way and get itself into a certain rhythm and
direction that allowed for one to think more clearly, to get a job done, etc. The change existed,
but the cycle was longer. Today, the cycle is miniscule, if there even is a tangible cycle (there is
FYI). People have no attention span anymore. They’re all over the place. They’re eating habits
are one of the main contributors.

Take this body/energy to food alignment another step further. Today, you are rarely eating
what you think you’re eating. That fast food burger is not 100% real beef, but your body and
energy, which carries many memories with it far before this lifetime alone, is convinced that
you are eating real beef. So the energy and the body align in a certain away, and are ill
prepared for what you’re actually about to eat; whether it’s beef filled with hormones and
antibiotics that constantly ate soy or other meat instead of grass, or whether it’s filler (not real
beef). So again, your body and energy are being tricked 70% of the time today in the Western
World, and ill prepared to accept the consumption of what you’re actually consuming; sickness
grows inside you. It starts immediately at the energy level, and within a few decades
(sometimes sooner sometimes later), begins to manifest fully at the physical level.

Let me say this again; the mother/wife prepared the meals for thousands of years. That was a
huge amount of power and influence she held over her husband and her children, and thus
women’s power in society was far more substantial than a history book would have you believe
(not just because of this, but for many other reasons as well). But there was also real love,
caring, and the energy that gave you life or helped you create life that was involved in
preparing and serving that meal. This is practically non-existent in today’s Western World. It’s
partially due to the culture of going out, but it’s mostly due to the destruction of the family unit
in the Western World.

I don’t think you understand that EVERY WOMAN used to be a practicing WITCH, and I don’t
use that word negatively even though our culture paints it as such. Think about it—the fire, the
air, the water, and the earth are all used in cooking. It’s elemental magic at its core, and with
metal pans and utensils a more “man-made” element was brought in, though that’s not as
favorable as more natural cooking. Look at the traditional chef’s uniform. There’s no doubt
then about the symbolic wizardry of the uniform, from the top hat on down. Usually the chef
wears white to remain as pure as possible when preparing a meal for others. The white also
plays a role in keeping the full energy of the chef off of the food, and the hair net/hat protects
from hair, which carries his/her energy, from getting into the food as well.

Today, it’s Larry the alcoholic or Lana the heroin addict flipping your burger and serving it up
with disdain for you, life, and everything else. Again, I’m not saying every fast food worker or
even waiter is like that and there are many good people. At high end restaurants you tend to
get higher frequency folks who are career waiters and chefs. This is a different level of people.
I’m also not trying to direct my anger at all these people in the world with problems that are at
least trying to make an honest living. Hell, one day, your food is going to be made by a robot,
and the frequency can simply be programmed to destroy you over time, instead of trying to
emulate it in the human being.

In the elite circles, women held a great deal of power as well. Even if they were not preparing
the food, usually a powerful piece of their essence was put into the food for consumption, and
as much as I hate to disgust you there are a variety of things that can be mixed into food and I’ll
leave it at that in order to not cross a line I regret crossing while simultaneously disgusting you
and making you think I’m advocating some kind of Satanic practice. I’ll just say this; you
personally don’t want any essence of the modern Western woman in your food today. Even if
you have a loving wife, if she’s slept with even 5+ different guys prior to marrying you, you
probably want no part of her essence in your food. Simultaneously, most men out there are
low frequency, nasty beings and their essence shouldn’t be in a woman’s food either. This is
why children and young people (which now means under 18) are so coveted; there’s a purity to
them that doesn’t exist in most people 18+.

For GG33 only (to understand): Notice how the food network was founded 4/19/1993? Things
start to make sense through numbers as well.

We talked a little bit about iron recently through several tweets and the notion of rusting.
Obviously the blood is iron rich, and when you bleed, it becomes even redder due to even more
oxygen exposure. While I’m not going to rehash that conversation here, it’s clear that the food
is being pumped with non-biologically available iron as well. Also, there’s a reason that “FE” is
the atomic symbol for iron. Drinks like Co-FE-e create a mostly negative reaction with iron in
the body. To be Fe-d or to Fe-ed on Fe-ar. That iron’s role in Li-fe itself shouldn’t be
underestimated and women or Fe-males and Wi-fe play a much bigger role in iron absorption in
society as a whole. Lot of Fe-tuses these days with iron overload or underload. All bad. Don’t
forget Hotel California, “They gathered for the Fe-ast, stabbed it with their steely knives…” As
great and important as Fe-rtilzer is, there are negative consequences as well. So for the two
people who asked me if FE being the atomic symbol of iron plays an important role; yes.

You’ll hear about not eating animals because it’s cruel. A lot of spiritual people are Vegan and
Vegetarian. Eating another living, conscious being is disgusting to a number of people. This is
not entirely wrong, however; the real damage comes from consumption of the blood, which is
what really makes you a dead vampire relying on the blood of a living thing to live. The Jews
and Muslims have special dietary processes (Kosher and Halal), that have a focus on draining
blood for animals before eating them. It’s the blood that will ultimately carry that oxidized iron
(rust) that you take into your body, and that does tremendous damage. This is one of the more
damaging forms of iron intake from food, and it’s why vegetarians and vegans have a point,
though they don’t really understand their point. The Jewish tradition even has rules about food
prepared by non-Jews for Jews, and this captures the essence of many of the points I made
above---“who is actually making and serving your food.” I’m not a Vegan or Vegetarian myself,
but am certainly supportive of killing animals in the most humane way possible and draining the
blood before human consumption. One of the many reasons human beings used to die so
young, is because the animals they were hunting and eating were constantly living in fear, and
humans were feeding off it. On the iron front, it’s important note a difference between heme
and non-heme iron. Meat contains that highly absorbable heme iron, and poses more
problems.

There’s not going to be a major rant here against GMO. I think most of you are probably pretty
well aware of the negative impacts. Again, part of this is linked to memory within each of our
genes (DNA). DNA carries the memory of so many past lives. When you eat a wheat product,
your body and energy has a certain way of aligning itself, but again, it is ill prepared to accept
genetically modified wheat or corn, or whatever. This immediately starts impacting imprinted
energy, and ultimately will result in physical illness as well. By the time this is understood, a
great deal of damage would’ve been done (it already has). I don’t believe this will compare to
the last great die off from a change in how we ate, only because our medical systems give us
enough to live full, but sickening lives. If history is to be believed (I’m a skeptic), sometime
between 8000BC to 2500BC, the entire world had moved toward domestication of animals,
farming, and living in permanent settlements. This has usually been promoted as a good thing
because it’s a foundation premise for civilization as we know it. I agree. The nasty little part
that’s rarely discussed, is how it is believed that huge numbers of people were wiped out by
this change in eating and lifestyle. The timelines of events are all messed up. I’d say that
certain types of “humans” if you will did not have the genetic or energy capability to handle this
massive change in food and lifestyle. Homo sapiens, whether by nature or by genetic
modification themselves, did have the ability to survive this massive change in the way we
consume. The GMO revolution, hormones and antibiotics in the animals, and more recently
even GMOd animals; is a change that is as big, if not bigger, than the change that occurred back
then. Again, modern drugs and medicine have helped avoid a mass die off so far. But part of
the reason there’s a real scare about bacteria that are becoming resistant to our antibiotics, is
because so much of the meat you’ve eaten has been pumped with antibiotics, and so you’re
literally consuming antibiotics all the time, which is very bad news.

Now our next newsletter is on porn and sex, and I don’t want to give too much of that away yet.
However, consider our food. Consider the number of medicines and drugs (legal and illegal) a
lot of people are on. Consider so many things about our lifestyle, particularly in the West,
though it’s a virus that’s spreading globally. What happens to the human being? The human
being is sick, tired, obese, mentally unstable, etc. The state of humanity is far worse today than
even 100 years ago, despite all the progress you think you see.

Now the smart mind might think “This is an easy population to control and herd.” They’d be
absolutely correct. However, there are bigger games at play. You are not the top of the food
chain even if it seems like it. There are both dark and light, good and bad (different from dark
and light), negative and positive (different from dark and light), entities that feed off your
energy. The good ones might actually be in a symbiotic relationship with you. The bad ones,
are sucking you dry. Above them, is the existence itself, which feeds off you directly and
through entities that are feeding off of you. Now if someone wanted to harm the existence
itself, often called the Matrix, they might consider poisoning its food. Furthermore, negative
and low frequency entities get more satiated by sick energy; fear, illness, hate, etc. So these
negative entities are benefiting from our current system. If you believe like I do, that the Matrix
or Existence itself is an amoral platform, than feeding the negative entities while simultaneously
poisoning the positive ones is a theory one could try to implement to impact the state of the
Matrix itself. You see because the Matrix, along with higher entities than you (good or bad),
also have an output of energy in order to sustain you and the system, even as they feed on you.
So “shit in, shit out.” If we are healthy, conscious, intelligent, loving people and that’s the
energy being fed on, this is a very different Matrix than the one we know today.

It's ambitious for any worldly force to believe it can poison the Matrix to its death, though some
might believe that. It’s an interesting theory. I think the Matrix can survive and thrive of all
different kinds of energies, positive or negative. It can feed off fear, or courage. It can feed off
love or hate, frustration or relaxation. What I’m more concerned about is the empowerment
and reign of negative entities within this Matrix. I’m worried about an imbalance that would
lead to catastrophic events as the Matrix seeks to rebalance itself. I believe the “organic food
revolution” is an attempt by those in the know, who started to see some of the consequences
of their actions, attempt this rebalancing act in a certain manner before all hell broke loose. It
may be too little and too late considering where things are going.

So imagine that the water well for the people, animals, plants, higher and lower entities, and
the universe itself is slowly having negative energy and black magic being put into it, to widely
circulate and negatively impact all involved, except those entities who feed off of a negative,
low frequency energy. You are what you eat. We are what we eat, and we are impacting those
that feed on us as well.
It’s funny and sad, because the whole process illustrates how you are so paradoxically
unimportant and important all at the same time. You are poisoned because the goal is to
poison higher entities and perhaps the existence itself, while strengthening the position of the
lower entities. You’re just a tool, and yet you are an important one.

So the next time you go to a Rest-or-Rant, think carefully about ME-N-U, as you select from To-
nightsmen-u. It has a big impact on you, your family, and the Universe itself. I didn’t talk about
it in depth, but go light on the Co-ffee, Co-ke, and Al-CO-hol (the worst offender), lest ye want
to increase the chances of having co-habitator inside you. You’re not the same entity when
you’re drunk and you know it. Some say a different side of you comes out. Others might see a
different entity in you altogether. While Co-ke and Co-ffee don’t have the same direct impact,
they do weaken the energies that could increase the chances of such an outcome. When you
hear about Trump and Elon Musk drinking 8-12 cans of diet coke a day, and then look at their
“strange” or “bizarre” behavior, you must wonder if it’s just them in there. Perhaps, in a way, it
helps gain certain superpowers as well, though I wouldn’t recommend intense
experimentation. Bill Gates is said to be a pretty big diet coke drinker, and Warren Buffet
binges on Cherry Coke.

Of course one could bring numerology and astrology into their eating habits for sure. Obama
was reportedly eating 7 almonds, exactly, every day. As an 11 lifepath, there’s a 7-11
connection. He later came out and said he was just kidding, but I somehow doubt that he was.

If you think about famous people, Steve Jobs would go for weeks on end just eating a few
different types of fruits and vegetables. This links back to what I said earlier about less diversity
in the food and how it can get your energy and mind into a rhythm and help it focus. Bill Gates
each cheeseburgers for lunch almost every day on an obsessive basis. Part of this also feeds
back into what I was saying—certain types of people and entities can benefit (at least
energetically and mentally though not physically) from certain types of food and the energy in
that food. Trump is President and he eats like a man who you’d think should’ve had a heart
attack two decades ago.

I’ll end with a truth about food. A lot of what you know is bullshit. For example, if carbs are
bad, why do Italians live longer than most other people in the World? The food pyramid was
gospel for ones die-t, when I was a kid. Now it’s acknowledged as bullshit. Every 5-10 years
they’ll create some new guidance. New diets will emerge into popularity. The reality is that
you have to experiment and discover what’s best for your body and mind. I’ve seen people
who became Vegan and their look, energy, and mental capacity absolutely improved. I’ve seen
others who became Vegan and look like pale, dying zombies without the ability to be
productive at all. Those same people will switch back to their old diet and see a great deal of
improvement. One thing that’s bullshit is the notion of a one-size-fits-all for food. Your
numerology and astrology certainly play role. People born in a snake year should consume 0
pork, their enemy sign. Truthfully, a majority of people should not consume pork or should eat
it very lightly. CATS in astrology should go light on their intake of chicken. The problem is that
the full answers to how you should eat can’t be found just in numerology and astrology, but in
your genetic coding. Some people will swear that GMOs are ok, and those people probably
have a genetic combination that is far more well accustomed to GMO and defend against its
negative impacts. That’s not the majority of people though. All this means is that there is a lot
to be learned still. Experimenting with food is crucial. Finding the combination that makes you
feel, think, and do your best is important. Backing that up with real medical results (like healthy
blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.) is good too. I’ve seen people who lose 50 pounds and have a
higher cholesterol level because what they ate while losing those 50 pounds was damaging.
Most of the fake nasty food in weight loss services like Nutrisystem is doing as much or more
harm as good in the long run. A lot of people who rely on that to lose weight, will be stuck on it
for life as they put the weight back on. Find out what works really well for you, sooner rather
than later.

There’s always more that could be said, but I’ve given you a good bit to die-gest here already.
