Here are some shortcut keys for Microsoft Excel:

Workbook shortcuts

Ctrl + N: Creates a new workbook

Ctrl + O: Opens an existing workbook

Ctrl + S: Saves a workbook or spreadsheet

Ctrl + W: Closes the current workbook

Ctrl + F4: Closes Excel

Ctrl + PageDown: Moves to the next sheet

Ctrl + PageUp: Moves to the previous sheet

Alt + A: Goes to the Data tab

Alt + W: Goes to the View tab

Editing shortcuts

Ctrl + Z: Undoes the last action

Ctrl + Y: Redoes the last action

Ctrl + F: Opens the Find and Replace dialog box

Formatting shortcuts

Ctrl+Grave accent (`): Switches between displaying cell values or formulas in


the worksheet

Ctrl+Apostrophe (‘): Copies a formula from the cell above the active cell into
the cell or the formula bar

Ctrl+X: Moves the selected cells

Ctrl+C: Copies the selected cells
