PERSONAL PROFILE

With a degree qualification in Management Information Systems (MIS), I can analyse trends visually using
Power BI, and Tableau to create interactive graphs and charts in the form of a dashboard and worksheet to get
meaningful insight from the data, enabling informed decision-making. Likewise, information management (IM)
designs, develops, manages, and uses information with insight and innovation to support strategic planning and
create value for individuals, organisations, communities, and societies. Two (2) years of experience supporting
field program staff to implement project-level assessments, and baseline surveys using mobile data collection
methods.

WORK EXPERIENCE

NORWEGIAN REFUGEE COUNCIL (NRC)

Position: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator (MEL Coordinator)
Location: Jos, Plateau State

 Participate in project proposal development and provide inputs on project target setting and logical
framework development.
 Support the implementation and rollout of MEL Activities, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),
systems and procedures for Information Management systems.
 Lead the design and review of the MEL pack, which includes the Indicator Performance Tracking Table
(IPTT), Log Frame, Activity Tracking Table, Theory of Change and MEL Plan. Maintain an updated IPTT
and output tracker.
 Lead in information management to ensure complete and accurate project information is reported
timely.
 Support Area Office MEL Coordinators in planning for and executing MEL activities, including data
collection methodology and tools development, data management, analysis and use, clear maintenance
of means of verification and other documentation.
 Compile periodic quantitative output reports from programme staff and ensure area office timely and
accurate monthly reporting to GORS (Global Output and Outcome Reporting System) and post data
quality checks in line with the global GORS reporting timeframe requirements and standards
 Support multi-sector needs assessments, baseline and end-line surveys, and programme evaluations,
particularly field data collection using digital data collection methods.
 Contribute to project and program planning, kick-offs, and review meetings, including preparing and
sharing monitoring data on progress and challenges.
 Develop tools and necessary guidelines to ensure the collection of output and outcome indicators.
 Support the area teams to improve the quality of monitoring, evaluation, and accurate reporting,
including training on MEL tools, validating the quality of training and supervision of enumerators, data
entry and analysis, and reporting.
 Support the Project managers in planning and tracking Outcome Monitoring data collection, analysis,
and reporting.

 Lead the research and design of information flow from and to affected communities.
 Provide quality control and oversight of the data that is being collected, and identify and address errors
in collection or input.
 Liaise with M&E on data management updates and data validation for the Area office’s data.
 Produces detailed, relevant and high-quality qualitative and quantitative reports and alerts as
requested.
 Participate in documentation of the project for lessons learnt and provide inputs to the programme
 Organize monthly data reviews and compile relevant monthly reports as per project requirements
 Coordinate with Core competencies focal persons targeting, registration and selection of beneficiaries.
 Prepare and coordinate the implementation of policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines
for electronic records (eg. Beneficiary databases, PDMs, PCMs) and documents.
 Keep the terminology, taxonomies, ontologies, indexing and other M&E classification systems and
structures up to date.
 Manage relevant M&E dashboards associated with digital communication tools as per programmatic
requirements

Position: Senior Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Snr. AME Officer)
Location: Maiduguri and Jere
Responsibilities
 Monitor and Report on Field Level AME Activities:

 Under the direction of the National Coordinator, monitor and report on project AME work plans and
activities as per the geographic scope of the position;
 Prepare and submit weekly AME progress reports, outlining achievements, challenges and progress;
 Work closely with other units to provide information for mapping, proposal development and reporting;
liaise with partner / collaborating organizations for AME activities, as required;
 Responsible for coordinating AME-related logistics and financial procedures at the field level; and
 Perform additional tasks as per the request of the Line manager.

 Development of AME ToRs, Data Collection Tools and Methodologies:

 Assist in the design of AME methodologies, data collection terms of reference (TORs) and the
development of data collection tools to monitor the progress and outcomes of 3HI projects for field-
level activities (including, but not limited to, Post-distribution monitoring, Needs Assessments, Asset
Baselines/Verification, Beneficiary verification);
 Ensure that monitoring and evaluation activities are in line with expected project goals, and objectives
and measure the defined indicators;

 Facilitate the Collection of Accurate, Reliable and Useful Data for Project Implementation and
Development:

 Plan and conduct field-level data collection missions, ensuring the collection of accurate, reliable and
useful data;
 Provide field supervision and plan logistical arrangements for conducting AME activities, including
training of enumerators;
 Supervised data entry and conducted data checking/cleaning for quantitative and qualitative.

 Management of Internal and External Relationships:

 Supervision of AME Officer, Assistants & Enumerators, including development of work plans;
 Work with management and support staff to comply with 3HI rules and procedures; and
 Provide inductions and training to staff outside of the AME unit, to ensure AME principles and practices
are understood and utilized across all programme units.

 Proactively Ensure Organizational Learning through the Documenting and Follow-up of Lessons
Learned:

 Capture and record field-level learnings through regularly updating the LEARN database;
 Follow-up and support programme teams on the implementation of recommendations and learnings;

AME Manager.

 Manage and Promote 3HI Complaints and Response Mechanism (CRM):


 Establish, implement and monitor the beneficiary Complaints and Response Mechanism (CRM) for the
country mission in line with 3HI standard beneficiary CRM procedures; including receiving, documenting
and managing complaints through a telephone hotline, in writing and in person;
 Treat urgent and/or sensitive complaints with the immediate attention they require, and ensure a fast
resolution;
 Promote the CRM internally and externally to ensure the CRM is known and accessible to all 3HI
