The Premises herein referred to in this official notice to quit is located at 3221 White Blossom
Lane,, Clermont, Florida, 34711 with a lease agreement commencing on December 1 2019 between
Jason Vitiello and Ismail Filali. This notice to quit has been sent by the Landlord to the Tenant(s)
due to the non-payment of rent.
You are hereby notified that you are indebted to me in the sum of $4,200.00 dollars for the rent and
use of the premises located at 3221 White Blossom Lane,, Clermont, Florida, 34711, County of
Lake, Florida, now occupied by you and that I demand payment of the rent or possession of the
premises within 3 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and legal holidays) from the date of delivery
of this notice, to wit: on or before September 10 2021.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED THAT the Landlord does hereby elect to declare that
forfeiture of your lease agreement under which you hold possession, to the above-described
premises, and if you fail to perform or otherwise comply will institute legal proceedings to recover
rent and possession of said premises which would result in a judgment against you including costs
and necessary disbursements together with possible statutory damages as allowed by law for such
unlawful possession of the premises.
