INTRODUCTION TO THE PROJECT

The impact of computers and internet on our life today is probably much more than be
really know. Getting information and quickly turning it into a product that consumers
want is essential key to staying in the business and all of this is done now a days using
computer then applications are information systems and the information systems will
continue to change business and the way we live. Many corporate leaders are using the
technology to manage every aspect of their organisation from product creation to
customer service. It has brought evaluation in almost every field it changes the ways
of teaching administration of activity such as e-Learning,
e- library and online portals where teacher then students communicate and sharing of
information has never been better
This project is amongst most important activities within school or any educational
institution since all other activities depend on it. Hence implementing an information
system can be declared a significance result.
OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
The main objective of this project is to enhance and automate the management and
declaration of student's results using a computerised system. It provides the
examination result to the student in a simple way. This project is useful for Institutions
for getting results and simple manner
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE

REQUIREMENTS

HARDWARE:

• PROCESSOR- Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz

• PROCESSOR SPEED-1.19 Ghz

• RAM-2GB OR MORE

• HARD DISK- 2 GB OR MORE

SOFTWARE:

OPERATING SYSTEM: MICROSOFT WINDOWS(XP,2003,2007,2008)

LIBRE OFFICE SOFTWARE


MAIN COMPONENTS OF THE STUDENT RESULT

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The student result management system will have following components-

• Marks Table- This will store result of the student of each class

• Stud_details- This will store the details of the student

• Relationship-Both the tables will be linked using relationship

• Form-Form will be used to input records in the table

• Query-Queries will be used to perform various operations on the table

• Reports-Report of each class will be generated.


CREATING A DATABASE

1. Open the Database and select the database which you created

2. Click on the Tables -Click on Create Table in Design View Option

3. Write the fields and set Admn_No as primary key

4. Save the table and give the name as Marks_Table
