‫ﺃﻣﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﺼﺔ ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺎﻳﻔﺮﺿﻪ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣﻴﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻋﻘﻮﺑﺎﺕ ‪ ،‬ﻭﻻﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺗﺪﺍﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﺇﻻ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻏﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ‬
