As a 4th-year college student majoring in science, my first
day of observation at Camarin High School was both a learning opportunity and an inspiring experience. After arriving at the school and participating in the orientation, I was introduced to my cooperating teacher, Sir Venancio Dela Cruz Jr. Sir Ven was very accommodating and professional in his approach. His warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I felt fortunate to be under his guidance. During the observation, he demonstrated excellent classroom management skills. He provided clear and concise instructions to the students for a group activity, ensuring that everyone understood the task. Sir Ven’s ability to keep the students engaged and focused reflected his dedication and expertise as an educator. Through observing his teaching methods, I gained valuable insights into how to create a structured yet engaging learning environment. His effective communication and rapport with the students left a lasting impression on me as a future educator.
