              1. Main ingredients
                 250ml whipping cream.
                 250ml fresh milk (unsweetened)
                 80g sugar (adjust to taste)
                 5g gelatin (or 2 gelatin sheets)
                 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
              2. For decoration ( optional )
                 Fresh fruits ( like strawberries,

   Steps To Make Panna Cotta
Step 1: Prepare gelattin
    If using powdered gelatin: Dissolve
    5g of gelatin in 2-3 tablespoons of
    cold water and let it bloom for 5
    minutes .
    If using gelatin sheets: Soak them in
    cold water for about 5-10 minutes,
    then squeeze out the excess water.
Steps To Make Panna Cotta
                 Step 2: Heat the milk and cream mixture
                    • Combine the milk, whipping cream, and sugar in a
                    saucepan.
                    • Heat over low heat, stirring continuously until the
                    sugar dissolves. Do not let the mixture boil; it should
                    only be warm (around 60-70°C).
                 Step 3: Add gelatin and vanilla
                    • Turn off the heat and add the prepared gelatin to the
                    warm mixture. Stir until the gelatin dissolves completely.
                     • Add vanilla extract and stir well to enhance the flavor
Steps To Make Panna Cotta
 Step 4: Strain and pour into molds
    • Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any
   lumps and ensure a smooth texture.
    • Pour the mixture into molds, cups, or glasses. Let it
   cool at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
 Step 5: Refrigerate
    • Place the molds in the fridge and chill for at
   least 4-6 hours or overnight until the panna
   cotta sets completely.
Steps To Make Panna Cotta
                            Step 6: Decorate and serve
                              • Once set, gently remove the panna
                              cotta from the molds by dipping the
                              bottom in warm water for a few
                              seconds.
                              • Decorate with fresh fruits, fruit sauce,
                              or honey before serving
         Tip For Success
1. Use a fine sieve to ensure the mixture is
smooth and free of lumps.
2. If making layered panna cotta, let each layer
set in the fridge before adding the next.
3. You can adjust the sweetness by altering the
amount of sugar.
