Question: How do we, as human


persons, relate to others? What
makes these interactions meaningful
and fulfilling?

As social beings, we are constantly interacting with


others. These interactions are the very fabric of our
lives, shaping our understanding of the world, our
sense of self, and even our deepest values. Every
conversation, every shared experience, every act of
kindness or conflict, contributes to the tapestry of
our lives.

intersubjectivity is which people acknowledge


one another as unique individuals with their
own ideas, emotions, and life experiences. This
knowledge is key to making deep connections
and studying one another

other person as a subject with their own unique
experiences and perspectives is fundamental to
meaningful human interaction. This mutual
recognition fosters respect and empathy,
allowing us to connect with others on a deeper

relationships and interactions.
This moral perspective
encourages individuals to help
other people, most especially
the vulnerable.

said to be experiencing alienation. This arises
when a person ceases to view the other as a
distinct and authentic person and merely
considers the other person as a mere object or
a means to satisfy personal interests.

Philosophy teaches individuals to
recognize and accept that everyone is
unique. This understanding fosters

differences, they are more likely to feel

dignity is what drives us to extend assistance and
act with concerns toward others, especially
toward individuals or group that experiencing
hardship and discrimination. For instance, those
who are physically and mentally challenge often
experience hardship because of their condition.

successfully risen above their physical
limitations to live productive lives include Helen

Roselle Ambubuyog got blind at an early age


but it did not stop her from pursuing her
dreams. God gave her a vision of how beautiful
the world is. True enough, she became
excellent in her studies and graduated Summa
cum laude at the Ateneo de Manila University.
