Welcome to this SPIRITUAL/PSYCHIC MASTERCLASS course. My name is

Eliza White Buffalo. I have been intentionally working with Spirit to transform
my soul and my life, as well as to help others, since 2002 following a near death
experience as a result of a car accident on February 8th of that year. That was
not my first experience of the Spirit World though; for the first 13 years of my
life, I connected with the spiritual realms and spiritual guides every day, in fact,
I it was and still is a normal part of life for me. My journey since 2002 has
revealed I have all the psychic senses, and I have downloaded from Spirit, 2
main healing modalities, and countless light activations and clearing practices,
as well as several books. See more of my bio below:

Bio:
Born in Northern Ireland in 1965, Eliza White Buffalo is a modern-day shaman
and twin flame of Lakota Holy Man, Nicholas Black Elk 1863-1950. Black Elk
and Eliza are an example of how twin flames work together, across the expanse
of the soul, from earth to the high spiritual planes, across time and space, in
order to complete human and soul intentions for the world. In 1873, aged 9
years, Black Elk had a near death experience, a great vision of ascension and
universal unity. The vision was recorded in 1932, in the classic book, Black Elk
Speaks by John G Neihardt. Black Elk spent his elder years teaching what Eliza
now calls, The Two Roads, a blend of enlightened Christian and Lakota ways.
When Black Elk died in 1950, there were signs in the sky, signs of his work
going on in the afterlife, signs which he himself predicted shortly before dying;
and one of those was an O and an 8 side by side. In 2008 Eliza began to channel
a series of books, The Two Roads Books, from the spirit of Black Elk, through
the sixth sense of clairaudience. Eliza says that Black Elk intended to speak
again in 2008. The first book was published soon after, and is based on the
follow up storyline of Black Elk and Eliza’s twin flame soul, as was Eliza’s
experience. The work continued with a foundation of charitable basis to help
those awakening at this time, and to bring all nations of their soul together in
one unified ascension, as was Black Elk’s vision.

Eliza says – “Black Elk prophesied unification of the world’s nations, through
illumination of God Self. His spirit is guiding many souls around the world at
this time. His vision can be likened to the teaching that the Master Jesus showed
by climbing four ascents to crucifixion of the ego, and ascension of the soul.
Black Elk’s spirit has been with me since I was an infant, and began to teach me
The Two Roads when I was only 5 years old. He connects me with those he
wants to speak to, and together we are living his great vision, creating a new
world consciousness; and very soon everyone will know the peace of his
prophecy in their hearts.”

Eliza’s own life was not an easy one, with a great deal of suffering, but when
you speak to her today, it is clear that Black Elk’s spirit of Love and Unification
sparkles in her eyes and emanates from her heart.

“I had to learn” she says, “the road of suffering is one of the two roads, and it
taught me a great deal about what the self truly is. The other road is the good
red road of spiritual positive thought, hope and love, the path of The Great and
Holy Spirit Within; but the choice was there for me all along, which road I took.
When I was 9 years old, Black Elk told me I would suffer greatly, but that I
would go into the wilderness and look for white buffalos to lighten my way.
The white buffalo is a Sioux symbol of hope, you could say an avatar energy,
and this energy is what I am named after, so hope was always close by even
when it felt hopeless to me.”

Homework for Tutorial 1

Listening exercise to open up the intuitive senses: Do this

exercise outdoors if you can. Sit for 10 -20 minutes just
relaxing. You are not going to try to open up your intuition. It
will simply open when you relax your physical senses. Relax,
and simply listen to any noises you hear. Notice each noise
one at a time, giving the noise no more than 3 seconds before
you move on to noticing another noise. Do it even quicker if
you can. You will switch attention from ear to ear as you do
this exercise, and after a while you will notice intuitive
sounds, such as a voice in your head.

Homework for Tutorial 2

The psychic senses:

Sight - Clairvoyence - gaze at a candle flame, or a setting sun, or a blue dot

printed on a white A4 page.

Hearing - Clairaudience - go out into nature. Listen to all the sounds with your
eyes closed. Don't rest on any one sound, just flit from ear to ear as the sounds
happen.

Touch - Scanning - use your hands to feel energy around living things and
objects. Notice the difference in how they feel - living things will feel stronger.
High energy will feel warm, low energy will feel cold. Just notice differences.
Taste - Clairsavorance - imagine you taste salt, or lemon, chocolate, wine,
orange.... keep it up changing tastes for at least 10 minutes, and notice a taste
that you did not consciously imagine.

Smell - Clairscent - imagine smells such as lemon, oranges, tar, smoke, beer,
perfume..... same as above for 10 mins at least - 10 - 20 mins

Feeling - Clairsentience - practice feeling atmosphere - like a forest or a church.

sit silently in place in nature and feel with your body like you would with your
hands in scanning. You can scan with your other chakras just like with your
hand chakras...

Claircognizance is not exactly a psychic sense, but it is the ability to 'just

know'. It arises out of eg a past life experience - suddenly something in this life
triggers an association that connects to the past life experience, and the person's
faith in that it really is going to happen, or it really IS (was) makes it manifest.

The physical energy relates to the root chakra, etheric energy relates to the solar
plexus, emotional energy relates to the heart, mental energy relates to the third
eye, and spiritual energy relates to the crown chakra.

In this simple grid I positioned for my work with mastery initiation, I

symbolized the one centre as the flame/soul/spark of the eternal, with a flame. I
used a symbol of Africa, as this was my Lemurian/very first human incarnation.
In the pyramid is my birth stone - peridod representing my root star, and around
the grid are 6 flames representing my other bodily chakra. It could just as easily
be 11 flames with the root symbol too, but I chose to keep it simple. The
crystals you see are raw rubies still in the rock. Ruby is the frequency of my
cyrstalline heart. If you look closely against the white cloth, you will also see
clear quartz points which direct the energy of the rubies and perdiot into the
centre.

This is a more complicated grid. A Tetrahedron is a 3D shape showing 12

positions/chakras/aspects of a soul. This grid is comprised of 12 orbs, 12 pieces
of one seed crystal, one orb in each position. There is also 6 point crystals that
direct all the energetic positions into the centre again.

 Homework for Tutorial 3

Practice the SEAT OF THE SOUL meditation i spoke a lot about. This is
where you sit up straight - relax your muscles so that you become heavier and
heavier. Then bring your awareness into your perineum that feels pressed
against a hard chair, or the arm of an armchair or sofa. You want to be feeling
only physical sensations in order to silence your mind.... and it take practice to
achieve this, so don't worry if you don't do it straight away. Practice, and you
will achieve moments of 'no thoughts' silence. I will talk more about this in the
premium classes, in relation to the process of creation and transubstantiation/re-
creation, but for now it is enough to just sit in the seat of the soul and allow the
presence of light to transmute the shadows. It should begin to feel like sexual
arousal, then bliss, and if you begin to cry, just know it is not emotion per se,
but your lymphatic system kicking into overdrive for the quickening of your
bodily vibrations. This quickening is essentially the ascension process.

HOMEWORK 2 -
Practice using sound by sounding the vowels. Most likely you won't get the
beautiful overtones that I did, but that's because I practiced the art of Mongolian
Overtoning for decades. In the NATURAL VOICE premium workshop, we
will be learning how to perfect the art. It's an art I am far from perfect at, but the
rewards of it are none less than perfectly positive. I have drawn up a chart for
the vowels that relate to each chakra. See illustration 4 above.

When you finish the vowels through your 3rd, 4th and 5th chakras, continue
with the following visualization exercise to help you integrate the 6th and 7th
dimensional chakras:

INTEGRATING THE 6th AND 7th DIMENSIONAL CHAKRAS

Once you have sounded the vowels through the 3rd, 4th and 5th dimensional
chakras, follow this visualization to begin integrating the 6th and 7th
dimensional chakras. People are vibrating now with 8 and 9 and with 10 and 11.
I will talk about this in week 4.

VISUALIZATION:
Allow your crown to open up fully – allowing the pure crystal light of your 5th
dimensional crown chakra, to beam up into the cosmos... and falling down
around you as a silver light.... all around you is pure silver light...

Allow the silver light to move into each chakra

Into the crown chakra becoming silver lilac

Into the third eye becoming silver gold...
Into the throat chakra becoming silver blue
Into the heart chakra becoming silver white
Into the solar plexus becoming silver gold
Into the sacral chakra becoming silver peach
And into the root chakra becoming silver rose
These are your 6th dimensional chakras.

SIT WITH YOUR 6TH DIMENSIONAL CHAKRAS FOR A WHILE, AND

THEN PROGRESS WITH THE 7TH DIMENSIONAL CHAKRAS AS
FOLLOWS:

Visualize a Merkabah Diamond on top of your head, like a crown. This is what
a Merkabah diamond looks like - see image.

Allowing your crown to flow with sparkling diamond light... seeing it cascade
all around you and within you.... filling your 6th dimensional chakras with
diamond light

Into your crown with diamond lilac

Into your third eye with diamond crystal light
Into your throat with diamond blue light
Into your heart with diamond white light
Into your solar plexus with diamond gold light
Into your sacral with diamond peach light
Into your root with diamond rose light
These are your 7th dimensional chakras.

YOU ARE THE DIAMOND LIGHT OF SOURCE. You can use this
diamond light to MANIFEST your thought projections, so think positively, and
be a conscious creator of LOVE. What you give to the universe you receive
from the universe.

TO GROUND

Now. breathe into your root chakra and physically FEEL the breath making you
heavier and more solid, and do the SEAT OF THE SOUL meditation – where
you merge body and soul by focusing physical awareness on your perineum.
This will ensure you are integrating the higher frequency chakras.

HEALING AND TRANSFORMATION NOTES

I spoke about HEALING FREQUENCIES and where that comes from, and that
it is SPIRIT that heals, it is LIGHT that heals. Light transmutes the shadows
which are illusions. Of course, the illusions of pain, trauma and suffering are
real too - they are reality, but they are an illusory reality, shadows cast by our
egos getting in the way of Light. When light is present, the shadows simply
vanish. It takes time, it is a process, and so the issue is - we can experience the
shadows dying, but if we allow this process to unfold without judging the
shadows, without judging ourselves and our responses to the process, then the
shadows just fall away in the silence.
I spoke about where various healing frequencies come from – yes, they are all
light, but within the individuality of separation consciousness, they can come
from different pockets or SPHERES within the cosmos. For example, the
healing frequencies I bring come from my higher self, my higher cosmic self,
which is downloaded through intuition/psychic senses. This link will take you to

Homework for Tutorial 5

15 minute exercise to practice recognizing spiritual communication:

Sit in your own space for 10 minutes. Feel into your energy field - the
atmosphere around your body. Feel into your emotional self. Notice your
thoughts but don't stay with them. Keep your self grounded as best you can,
relax, breathing into body, and feet on floor. Then invite your mediumship
guides to make communication with you. Sit for a further 5 or 10 minutes.
Notice any changes in your field such as your thoughts, any touches, sensations,
visuals etc. Notice too what your mind feels like - is it lighter? do you smell
anything, taste, see, hear, sense etc.

Overshadowing is where a spirit stands near you, but not necessarily affecting
your etheric body. You can sense them or/and see them.

Mental mediumship is where you receive thoughts from a spirit's mind. Also all
the psychic senses can be experienced.

Where you have empathy, and/or physical manifestations, that is physical

mediumship.

This exercise done regularly will help you to strengthen your gate/doorkeeper
spirit. You need this with mediumship as it is what determines what frequency
of spirit can get to affect you in any way. You don't want freeloaders -
freeloaders are spirits that are needy and have no respect for the medium - for
example, someone who would come into your home and disrespect you, coming
