These are a powerful feature that allow you to customize the data structure of
your HCM applications by adding additional fields that are specific to your
organization's needs.
Descriptive Flexfields: - DFFs are typically used for capturing supplementary or
non-standard data.
Example: 1) Employee’s professional certifications 2) Additional employee
details such as special skills, previous experience, or other custom attributes
that are not captured by the standard fields in Oracle HCM.
