PROJECT: VISHWASYA - YOUR SAFEGUARD
ABOUT PROJECT:
VISHWASYA - YOUR SAFEGUARD is an android application that servers user with benefits of logging in with
their details and then use in the time of emergency.
PURPOSE:
The main purpose of this application is to help users during an unfavourable situation.
UNDERSTANDING PROJECT CONTENT:
Vishwasya acts as your safeguard by providing you a user interface that has your credentials logged in
and a user interface that have a button that you can press anytime you feel unsafe.
Once pressed, button will share your current location to your family, police and one of your chosen
friends or family.
Along with your current location, live streaming of your camera and audio with also be shared in order
to provide a better knowledge of your current situation to your beloved ones and nearby police station.
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENT - WHAT USER NEED:
With increasing number of criminal cases found and registered for the mishappening happening mostly
during the night time, we have designed this application that will help safeguard you when alone during
night or day.
User look for a security when they find themselves alone, mostly female to look for a guard that protects
them from any mishappenings , Vishwasya is that guard.
It’s simple user interface makes it easier for users to interact.
You simply have to touch a button by opening our app which just takes a second once already logged in.
Your credentials will be safe with us and will be used only when you choose to press the button for your
own security.
SYSTEM FEATURES
Application have three users that acts as actors - user itself - it can have user or someone family
account. Then police account that is connected with a database to store all the information regarding
our application.
A new user can login with his/her credentials providing their own contact details along with their other
information along with one of their family members, details of nearby police station and details about
one of their friend or relative they find trustworthy and comfortable sharing their information with.
We have a interface for family member, that would be connected via a code, that shows current status
of their user with safe or unsafe.
Another interface for police station is there, in which information will be stored according to city
pincode.
Once user press button, his/her live location along with live audio and video streaming will be shared
with police and other two family and friends application to provide them a better escape from their
problem.
This app will be live 24X7.
