annual premium, including 44% of the U.S. auto insurance market, 30% of the homeowners market, 35% of the commercial property
and liability market and 37% of the travelers insurance within and beyond the Americas. PCI is composed of more than 1,000

Dear customer, by law every individual residing in the United States has to be insured. In addition, since you are coming for the
international conference, which will be held here in Tallahassee, Florida, United States, this also applies to you. Your insurance
bond will cover you in the event of any unforeseen eventualities.
To apply for Insurance Bond, you need to complete the insurance form using a legitimate contact address (Company, Office or Home
Address). Your Insurance Bond Certificate will be referenced on this address. A confirmation of your insurance certificate will be sent
to the Attorney General and the United States Department for Treasury soon as it is processed.
Below is the traveler’s insurance fee;
One week Insurance Bond per person is $ 105.00
Assurance Refundable deposit per person is $ 1,000.00
TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE PAID PER PERSON $ 1,105.00
Before sending you the Insurance Bond Certificate, you need to deposit the sum of 1,105.00 US dollars each for your Insurance risk
(Sk.O2). The deposit of 1,000.00 US dollars will be refunded back when you arrive Tallahassee for the program. We will be
responsible for any medical and insurance risk from your country to United States and from United States back to your country of
residence.
To effect payment, you are to contact our fiduciary department directly via email: financial.dept@taminscco.com
Endeavour to send us the filled insurance form as soon as it is correctly filled. Our staff will be on ground during the program to do the
refund. You are to contact our fiduciary department for all payments. Your payment slip and a copy of the filled insurance form will be
needed to process your traveler’s insurance certificate.
