HAZARDS IDENTIFIED CONTROLS MEASURES
 BST training for all team members
 Job Specific training for all work men
 JSA briefing prior to start the job
 Monthly inspection and color coding for all
machinery , tools and tackles
1. General  TPI for lifting tools and tackles.

Requirements  Work permit, STA displaying at work place.
 Personal protective equipment (hand gloves, safety
harness, welding gloves, apron face shield, goggles,
helmet, safety shoes, reflective vest etc…)

 Damaged wheel.
 Inspect the discs prior to start the work
 Check the RPM of disc & machine (machine RPM
should not more than disc RPM).

 Flying objects  Ensure eye protection and spark arrestor and ensure
no one working in front of cutting work.
 Ensure face shield for cutting worker.
 Must ensure the connection is taken through
 Electrocution. ELCB(30mA) and ELCB is in healthy condition.
 Alert operator to hazards of electricity.
 Check for proper grounding of tools, cords, and
generators.
 Avoid standing in or working in wet conditions.
 Do not string out unnecessary power cords.
 Do not allow vehicles to drive over power cords.
 Do not hang extension cords with conductive
material.
 Regularly check power cords for damage, remove
from service if damaged
 Fire  Provision of fire extinguishers and trained fire
watchman and follow hot work permit.
 Pinch and cut injury  Use hand tools properly.
 Use the right tool for the job.
 Replace worn or broken hand tools.
 Do not pull cutting tools toward self
Poor housekeeping can cause slip and  Maintain good housekeeping
4.Completion of fall hazards.  Removing all tools, tackles and equipment’s from the All Staff & Workers
work site after completion of work.
