SCHEDULE F - OVERALL CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE

An overall construction schedule for the various construction activities is required to be submitted
by the Tenderer. The Tenderer shall set out his proposed construction schedule, which shall, as a
minimum, include details for:

• the time and sequence required for executing the Sub-Contract Works, broken down into
activities not exceeding 7 days in duration;
• Partial Completion Dates, the Practical Completion Date, and any other relevant completion
dates set out in Appendix H - Programme & Planning;
• periods for review and approvals;
• assumed progress rates for construction activities;
• periods for testing and commissioning;
• dependencies between items of work as normally identified in Critical Path Analysis methods
(in either precedence PERT or precedence GANTT form);
• the minimum expected duration of each item of work;
• float on each activity or element of work;
• all relevant time, site or other restraints including those imposed by the Tender Documents;
• the sequence of activities which form the critical path for the completion of the project;
• the proposed human resources and equipment for each item of work on the critical path; and
• contingencies for interfaces with work by others.

The programme shall be broken down into logical blocks of activities based around elements of the
works.

The Tenderer shall also demonstrate when he proposes to mobilize, Plant, Equipment, Materials,
Temporary Works, labour and his resources to construct and deliver the works in accordance with
the requirements of the Specifications and Drawings. The schedule shall be logically linked to the
method statements and construction schedule, and to the personnel and equipment that the
Tenderer proposes to assign to the works.
