Actuarial services 5. Investment advisory services 6. Investment banking services7. Rendering of outsourced financial services 8. Management services 9. Any other kind of service as may be prescribed I agree to comply with all confidentiality obligations in relation to client and non-client information not available to 6 the public which may come into my possession during my employment with the firm. 7 I further confirm that I will not exploit any information of the client in any way. I understand that the firm and client information, including firm software, methodologies, and manuals, not 8 available to the public, that are obtained as a result of my employment or any services rendered by the firm, may not be disclosed to others, exploited in any way, or retained by me when I leave the firm. 9 I have not been served with a notice of bankruptcy, made or discharged as a bankrupt. 10 I do not have my registration as a chartered accountant suspended or cancelled. 11 I have not been convicted of an offence in a court of law. I am not a defendant in any court or civil / disciplinary action commenced by any government or other regulatory 12 entity. I have not been convicted in any court of law or sanctioned / disciplined by any government or other regulatory 13 entity. 14 I don't have any Financial Interests to declare I will ensure that any restricted financial interests as advised by firm either held by myself or my immediate family 15 members, will be disposed of prior to commencement of my employment with firm. Firm is not a body corporate other than a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability 16 Partnership Act, 2008 which is appointed as an auditor. 17 I am not an officer or employee of the company. 18 I am not a person who is a partner, or who is in the employment, of an officer or employee of the company. 19 I am not a person who, or his relative or partner: Is Holding any security of or interest in the company or its subsidiary, or of its holding or associate company or a subsidiary of such holding company (Provided that the relative may hold security or interest in the company office value not exceeding one thousand 19a. rupees or prescribed amount of Rs. 1,00,000 as per rule 10 of companies rules,2014.) (Provided further that in the event of acquiring any security or interest by a relative, above the threshold prescribed, the corrective action to maintain the limits as specified above shall be taken by the auditor within sixty days of such acquisition or interest.) Indebted to the company, or its subsidiary, or its holding or associate company or a subsidiary of such holding 19b. company, in excess of prescribed amount of Rs. 5,00,000 as per rule 10 of companies rules,2014. I am not a person whose relative is a director or is in the employment of the company as a director or key 21 managerial personnel. I am not a person who is in full time employment elsewhere or a person or a partner of a firm holding appointment 22 as its auditor, if such persons or partner is at the date of such appointment or reappointment holding appointment as auditor of more than twenty companies. I am not a person who has been convicted by a court of an offence involving fraud and a period of ten years has not 23 elapsed from the date of such conviction. I am not a person whose subsidiary or associate company or any other form of entity, is engaged as on the date of 24 appointment in consulting and specialised services as provided in section 144 General Note- Where a person appointed as an auditor of a company incurs any of the disqualifications mentioned in sub-section (3) of section 141 after his appointment, he shall vacate his office as such auditor and such vacation shall be deemed to be a casual vacancy in the office of the auditor.
