before said date.
Terms and Conditions:
An individual homeowner or authorized representative of a corporate homeowner can participate and be nominated in the 2024 Election
provided he/she is a member in good standing as far as payment of dues and other assessments is concerned at the time of nomination. To
qualify, all outstanding accounts as of November 15, 2024 billing statement must be settled in full on or before November 15, 2024.
Nominations may be accompanied by a photograph and curriculum vitae of the candidate to be distributed to unit owners and displayed at
the bulletin boards of the Seafront Residences, Brgy. Calubcub II, San Juan, Batangas. This is not necessary if the candidate does not wish
his/her picture or resume circulated or displayed.
Philippine Law restricts foreigners from being directors that may be elected to the Board of Directors of a Homeowners Association.
The duly accomplished Nomination Form must be received personally by the Property Management Office, The Clubhouse, Bay
Boulevard, Seafront Residences, Brgy. Calubcub II, San Juan, Batangas or via email at [Link]@[Link] on or
before 5:00 PM of November 15, 2024.
