• Watch the following video titled, How to Bullet Journal:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fm15cmYU0IM
• Think about everything you have learned so far about technical communication
essentials as you complete the following tasks.
• Demonstrate your knowledge by writing your answers to the following questions.
• Omit the question prompts; instead, make sure that your answer encompasses your
purpose for answering each question (that you have contextualized your writing).

Analysis Questions

Please answer the following questions which apply and demonstrate your learning:

1. What is the purpose of the video? Be specific.

2. Who is the intended general audience of the video? Who is the specific audience of the
video (You might have to do a quick Google search to find out why the Bullet journal
was originally created) Hint: Think Neurodivergent.

3. List and explain three specific principles/strategies of writing instructions that the video
creator (author) uses to make his video effective for his intended audience. Make sure
you include a lead-in sentence, list your point, explain your point, and provide a specific
example from the video to showcase your understanding whenever possible.

4. Evaluate the credibility of the video based on the author. Who is the video creator
(author)? Name him. Think about the author’s education, work experience, life
experience, and/or affiliations? You might have to do a quick Google search to find this
out, or you might have to click on a few links under the video. Based on what you
searched and based on the purpose of the video, do you think the author’s
content/message is trustworthy? Why or why not? Explain your reasoning in a few
sentences and back up your answer with concrete evidence.
