This Agreement is between:
FRANKPOK FCL GROUP LTD a limited liability company with its offices located in
Sunyani, directly opposite the Goil Filling station at the Jubilee park.
P.O. Box 2289 Sunyani, Ghana hereby referred to as the “Employer”
And
ENOCH ABOAGYE JNR

Hereafter referred to as the “Employee”
With both being hereby referred to as the “Parties”
The Parties agree that the conditions listed below shall be known as the “Offer Letter”
The Employer’s Regulations that consist of the documents listed out referred to as the
“Company Regulations”
It has been agreed and decided, by mutual agreement between the Employer and the
Employee who declares not being linked to any other employer and being free of any earlier
commitment towards a prior employer, the following terms:
Offer Letter Objective
The object of this contract is the hiring of the Employee as a “Mason” for the particular
purpose defined in this agreement for the Employer.
The Employee commits to realize all tasks relative to his job position and to take
responsibilities linked to his functions.
The Employee confirms to have the skills required to perform the job being given.
Nature of Employment and Duration of Contract
The Employer hires the Employee as a “Mason”.
The Employee must be confirmed to be medically and physically fit for the performance of
his duties and the Employer shall not be liable for the health status of the Employee.
The contract will have the durations as listed below:
Start Date: 1 Dec, 2024
End Date: 31 AUG, 2026
This shall be known as the “Period of Employment”
Any other duration necessary to complete the tasks and duties falling under the function of
“Mason” will be intrusted by the Employer for the assignment of the Employee on the
Newmont Ahafo North Project.
Place of Work
The place of work will be in the Tano North Municipality of the Ahafo Region.
However, in order to answer to other obligations and to the needs of the Employer, the
Employee may be required to work out of station from time to time within Ghana without
changing his permanent address.
Remuneration
The Employee’s salary shall be as per the amounts showed below with a base amount of 40
hour per week with all hours above being considered as overtime with the specific project
allowance applied. The remuneration of the Employee shall be calculated in accordance with
the provisions as set out, together with the necessary statutory deductions applied. The rates
shall not be subject to any increments from the union for the duration of this
agreement.
In accordance with the laws of Ghana, the Employer is liable for the payment of income tax
(P.A.Y.E) and Social Security contributions at the prescribed rates.

Annual Leave
After 12 months of continuous service, you will be entitled to 23 days leave excluding public
holidays of this Collective Agreement.
Busing And Messing
Busing
The Employer would provide transportation for employees from place of residence to field
of work
Messing
The Employer will provide meals to employees during lunch time. Drinking water will be
provided during working hours to employees
Employee’s Obligations
The Employee confirms that:
- He or She is fully aware of the conditions in the Collective Agreement
- He or She is fully aware of the conditions in the Company Regulations
The Employee commits to:
- Dedicating his/her entire professional activity to the Employer.
- Not engaging or collaborating in any competition against the Company or its Client.
- Performing loyally, at all times, the tasks and duties that have been entrusted by the
Employer and its representatives.
- Acting according to the orders and instructions given by his/her supervisors, for the
execution of the services.
- Executing personally work with care, at the time, place and conditions agreed on.
- Returning the material and equipment that would be entrusted to him/her.
- Respecting the Laws of Ghana, as well as good moral standards during the execution
of your contract.
- Complying strictly to the rules and usages of the Company, including those stated in
the company rules and regulations.
- Respecting professional confidentiality. Consequently, it is forbidden to disclose or
use for your confidential information for your personal benefit.
Any breach of the obligations by the employee shall constitute a gross negligence resulting in
the termination of the contract in accordance with the provisions stipulated within the
Collective Agreement and/or Company Regulations.
