Project Lifecycle
Planning
The planning phase is the first and a particularly important phase. The project documentation is
completed during this phase, including the design, project program, costing and specifications.
Planning documentation and procedures:
Feasibility study
Design
Scope of works
Quality control plan
Health and safety plan
Risk assessment
Budget
Program
Resources
Make sure the planning procedures and documentation is in order before executing the project.

Execution
After the planning phase we start initiating and executing the project works, during this phase we are
constantly managing the program, costing, and quality to complete a successful project.
The project team will work together to manage the project activities as the project progress.
Some activities managed by the team during the execution phase:
- Managing scope creep
- Stakeholder management
- Communication and reporting
- Quality management
- Manage risks
- Budget management
- Managing the program
Closeout
The closeout phase is as important, we analyze the project during this phase and identify delays
and project setbacks to procure documentation and improve future project management
processes.
