4. Delivery and pickup dates and hours will not require the carrier to violate hours of service regulations.
5. Driver must send a legible POD within 48 hours of delivery at ap@hrfreightway.com.
6. There may be a fee of $25 for not sending in copies/faxes of POD’s within 48 hrs.
7. Send Invoice and Proof of Delivery to our email or fax number.
8. Driver can be fined up to $100 per day for late deliveries.
The undersigned hereby acknowledges and agrees to transport the above referenced shipment, and confirms that Carrier
maintains insurance coverage with a minimum of $1,000,000 general liability, $1,000,000 auto liability and $100,000 cargo
liability.
