TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The agency reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this
project to insure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion.
Client may be charged additional fees if it decides to make changes
to the agreed upon project scope and objectives.
The Agency will maintain as confidential information obtained under or
in connection with this agreement and will not divulge such
information to any person (except their own employees or
subcontractors and then only to those employees or subcontractors
who need to know) without Client’s prior written consent.
Invoice Payments must be paid within 7 business days of the date
the invoice is raised. Late payment will result in delaying the
completion of this agreement.
The Client may cancel the agreement anytime, by providing one
month’s written notice, provided that payment is up to date.
The Agency will respond to all requests from the Client within 8
working hours on weekdays via email or phone, with a confirmation
that the request was received.
