purpose of building an understanding. It can be one-on-one or between
groups of people, and it can be face-to-face or through communication
devices.

e.g.: videos, charts, slides, diagrams, etc.
4. Written: use of words, sentences, symbols, signs, … to convey information or
express emotions. e.g.: receipts, resumes, reports, etc.
