ALL: Introduce (Name, Matric No, Roles)

CHAIRPERSON: Settle down everyone, before I start this meeting I would like to do
a role call. Ahmad Samsuddin, Arif, Umadevi
Product Officer: Present
Financial Officer: Here
Sales/Cust Supp: Present

Chairperson: Thank you so much for attending today’s meeting. The objective of the
meeting today is to discuss the launch of our new company product the Stortle.
Before I begin, have all of you looked upon the minute of the previous meeting ?

All: Yes

Chairperson : That’s good, so are there any comments regarding the minute ?
Alright, I presume there are no comments, Can i have someone approve this
minute ?

Chairperson: Now moving on, Mr. Arif may I know the current status of our
company’s current financial status

Financial: Thank you Mr Azlan, so from the financial department, we could report
that the company has been doing well from our startup and there is positive cash
flow in the company. Although we did run into some problems regarding some
unexpected expenses from our previous product and some pending approval from
our investors but all is still under control.

Chairperson: That sounds good, what about our current cash balance ?

Financial: Based on the latest report, we currently have about RM7 million and 4
hundred and thirty thousand and 70 sen.

Chairperson: Thank you Mr Arif. What about the Sales Team, umadevi, how were
our sales on the previous product ?

Sales/Cust Supp: Thank you Mr Azlan. Based on the sales report, I can say we are
doing very well and the customer feedback has been really promising. We expected
to make a profit of RM345 000 but the outcome is we managed to obtain RM455 000
profits.

Chairperson: Thank you umadevi. Now I’ll be moving towards our agenda. Before I
start, have all of you received the agenda.

ALL: Yes
Chairperson: Good, now, I’ll be continuing on with our agenda today, so we have 5
items to discuss today
1. Update on product development
2. Preparation for Customer Support
3. Financial Strategy and Risks
4. Plan on product marketing
5. Identify Issues prior to product launch

Chairperson: So for our first agenda, I would like to invite Mr Samsuddin to give us
an update on the current status of our product development

Product Dev: Thank you, Mr, Azlan, For the latest status of our product development,
im glad to report that we are on the right track. Everything went smoothly, and some
minor problems that were experienced could be solved immediately and did not
affect the production. Production is expected to be able to achieve the target
required to meet customer demand in all areas that have been targeted in Malaysia
and abroad. For the follow-up plan, we have conducted research and started the
production of new products that will follow based on the feedback that has been
given. This product is still in prototype form but is expected to be evaluated by the
company's shareholders in less than a month from now.

Chairperson: That is great news, I hope the manufacturing of the product will run
smoothly. Next will be continuing on with the second agenda. Ms Umadevi, how is
everything from the Customer support team ?

Sales/Cust Supp : From the Customer support team, we have managed to use the
upgraded system and customer database well. Now it is much easier to detect our
potential, new and loyal customers. Now with the improved system we have
managed to increase our sales up to 50%. However we are currently facing some
problems in certain cases when using the system especially when receiving the
customer feedback

Chairperson: That is great, I will make sure to thank the developer for suggesting the
upgrade. Concerning the system problem, I will contact the IT department to resolve
it.. Thank you Ms Umadevi.

Continuing with the third agenda item, how is our financial strategy progressing Mr
Arif?

Financial: Based on our data, we decided to target athletes and sports enthusiast as
they highly benefit in using our product. In term of retail pricing, we calculated for it to
be RM42.50 for 60% profit margin. We expect target profit during launch at about
38,250 and forecasting of potential profit with maximum output in a year would be
RM465 375.

Our expected risks would be customer rejection as there are a few competitions
currently in the market and some unforeseen circumstances such as pandemic.
However, this problem could be managed well with our previous experience in
having to make sales online.

Chairman: Thank you Mr Arif for the detailed explanation. Moving on to the 4th
agenda. Mr Samsuddin, how is your team planning on marketing the product ?

Product Dev: For our marketing strategy, we have targeted some influencers and
artists, such as Janna nick and luqman Podolski, to showcase our products in their
content, they have also agreed to be our product ambassadors as they had positive
feedback on our pre launch bottles. Next, we have also asked some content
creators, such as khairul aming, wanchai and ryan bakery to review our products. In
addition, we have also established connections with large companies such as Nike
and Adidas to collaborate in product production and marketing, and at the same
time, we can use their logos in the production of our products. So far we have
approached a few celebrities and. Currently, we already have plenty of pre orders on
launch day with about 1500 orders. We see that Instagram and Tiktok would be our
main medium of marketing as we have better traffic on these platforms compared to
others. As for for our overseas marketing, apart from the two platforms, we will also
try to promote our products on reddit as a new alternative to bring variety from our
competitors Based on our initial marketing plan, a week after our product launch
event, we will still be continuing on opening booths throughout the country as a
medium to get product coverage.

Chairperson: Thank you Mr Samsuddin, I have high expectations for your team's
ability to bring our product to market. Finally i would like to discuss on our final
agenda regarding issues prior to the product launch.

Sales/Cust Supp: Currently we only have problems on our user interface during the
event in ensuring customers will obtain the item smoothly.

Chairperson: I will look into that with the IT team as soon as possible.

Product Dev: No other issues from me but I will inform you immediately if there is a
problem that can affect the production.

Financial: That includes me

Chairperson: Thank you everyone for your reports and feedback, I want to wrap up
this meeting, Can we have our next meeting on 11 Mei 2023 same time today ?
