QUYETDJNH:

Di~u 1: Cong b6 xSp hi;mg nang Ive cac t6 chuc tu vein nganh Giao thong v~
tai nam 2014 theo tUng linh V\fC: du0ng bQ, du0ng S~t, du0ng thuy - hang hai,
h_ang khong va duqc nhom l?i thanh cac Nhom xsp theo thu t\l' dism danh gia tir
cao xuBng th~p gBm TOP 10, TOP 20, TOP 50, TOP 100 va nh6m con l?i.
1. KSt qua xSp hi;mg nang Ive cua cac t6 chuc tu vein thiSt kS t?i Ph\l l\lC 1 kem
theo QuySt dinh nay.
2. KSt qua xSp hi;mg nang Ive cua cac t6 chuc tu vein giam sat t?i Ph\l l\lC 2
kem theo Quyst dinh nay.
3. Cac thong tin vS chfit luqng dich V\l m<)t s6 t6 chuc tu vein t?i m<)t s6 dv an

2. Cac Chu dftu tu, d?i di~n Chu dftu tu c6 trach nhi~m thong bao kSt qua xSp
h?ng nang lµc t6i cac don vi tu van thµc hi~n cac dV an do minh quan ly, chi d?O
cac t6 chuc tu van thvc hi~n t6t vi~c ke khai thong tin nang lµc don vi minh theo
QuySt dinh s6 3332/QD-BGTVT ngay 24112/2012 cua B9 GTVT.
3. KSt qua danh gia va xSp h?ng nang Ive cac t6 chuc tu vein nganh Giao
thong v?n tai neu tren la ca s& dS cac Chu dftu tu, d?i di~n Chu dftu tu tham khao
trong cong tac Iva ch9n t6 chuc tu van thvc hi~n cac dv an do B<) GTVT la cfip
