5. Generally, the package shall be supplied by the vendor complete including on-skid piping instrumentation and wiring
accordiong to above mentioned specifications.

6. Vendor shall provide all necessary sampling points temperature, pressure and flow measurements to allow full analysis
of the unit performance.

7. The package shall be complete with all interconnecting piping and valves to allow safe operation in all operating modes
and safe start up/shut down.

8. The package shall complete with instrumentation to allow safe operation in all operating modes and safe start up/
shut down.

9. All instruments shall be supplied with a S.S. tag plate

10. The electrical safety protection of the Analog instruments shall be considered intrinsically safety "EExi", while Digtal
switches and solenoied to be considered Eexd.

11. Ingress protection of all the instruments shall be IP65.

12. Material of all non-pressure containing parts material, welded to the vessel body shall be same as the vessel wall.

13. UPS power (110 VAC) shall be considered in UPS system by EPC contractor, due to VENDOR's advice (if local panel is
required).

14. VENDOR shall specify actual material specifications and grades offered for contractors & COMPANY approval.

15. For spare parts minimum requirements, following items are in VENDOR's scope of supply:
(1) 50% of internal media.
(2) Other required items will be specified during the EPC projec (Anyway in excess of items, mentioned in clause (1)
5% of the related filter package cost shall be considered for spare parts).

16. Duplex S.S. and super duplex S.S. materials shall be provided with full chemical analysis and mechanical test certification
to BS EN 10204:2004 "3.2".

17. Backwash of the filters shall be carried out by the inlet waste water and there is no clean water for the backwash.

18. 100% RT for T-joints and plate made nozzle neck longitudinal butt welds shall be considered.

19. Minimum yield stregth for anchor / setting bolts shall be 2400 Kg/cm2.

20. VENDOR shall submit coating procedure & mechanical design claculation notes to COMPANY for his review and approval.

21. Design of required lifting lugs is in VENDOR's scope of work.
