1 Check the EPDM gasket used should be of continues length.

2 Check Gasket termination is required at the top.

3 Check finish of Mitre joint of shutter & frames.

4 Check Cleaning of the window tracks.

5 Check silicon sealant is finished neatly (Inside & outside).

6 Check after applying sealants, the masking tape shall be removed.

7 Check Protection tape of window frames & shutters are not removed.

8 Check after installation, glass shutter by sliding shall operate and function smooth

9 Check the uniform gap is maintained between the frames and the wall opening.

10 Check the frame is in level and true alignment.

Check before the application of sealant, clean the aluminium window frame and

adjacent wall jambs.

12 Check Window shutters need proper alignment as vertical and horizontal.
