FARMER INCEPTION USER MANUAL
STEP 1: LOGIN
Please Enter your Mail
Address and password then
click Login button
MAIL ID : Please Enter your Mail
ID that ends with
abisexport.com.
EX: example@abisexport.com
PASSWORD: Please enter your
password.
EX: Reset@123
STEP 2: SELECT ROLE
Please select your role
and click submit button.
If you are a Line
Supervisor, Select your
role as a Line Supervisor.
If you are a Branch
Manager, Select your
role as a Branch
Manager.
STEP 3: Home Page
WORKLIST: You can see all the
pending Inception requests or
Inception requests which are
assigned to you.
Note:
If you don’t have any inception
requests against you. Then your
work List will be empty.
New Request: You can raise a
new farmer request from this
page.
1. Please Enter Farmer Aadhar
Number and Click on verify
button.
Note: The Aadhar number
must be linked with mobile
number.
2. Please Enter OTP that you
received on the registered
mobile number and click on
VERIFY button.

Note:
If the Aadhar number is
already verified and
registered with us. It will not
send you any OTP and it will
automatically skips the OTP
verification step.
If you enter the wrong
Aadhar number by mistake.
You can use the RESET ALL
button to change the Aadhar
number.
3. Please enter farmer
phone number and click on
verify button.

already verified and

registered with us. It will
not send you any OTP
and it will automatically
skips the OTP
verification step.
If you enter the wrong
phone number by
mistake. You can use the
RESET ALL button to
change the Phone
number.
4. Please Enter OTP that you
received on the registered
mobile number and click on
VERIFY button.

5. Please Select Create farmer if
you want to Onboard a new
farmer, and click on the submit
button.

STEP 4: New Farmer Request
1).
In This page you have to fill
this fields.
Inception request , Aadhaar
number, phone number
and select country is

Click on select state and

Click on district and select
your district .
Click on city and enter
farmer city.

Click on select Nearest IB
Region and select your
Region .
Click on Nearest Branch and
select your Branch .
Click on line type select
your line type.
NOTE: Select line type which
you have to assign this
request ,and if you want to
assign yourself then select
your line type here.
Some times it will not
showing in your worklist,
because it is assign to some
other LS ,Contact our
support team to check your
line type is correctly
mapped or not
SELECTION FOR LS
This is the example to select
the line supervisor (LS),
In this I want to assign this
request to L1 (Abhinav
Kumar Verma), and I am
selecting L1
Now this is assigned to L1 (
Abhinav Kumar Verma)
It will reflect on LS worklist.
STEP 5: WORKLIST
WORKLIST
Click on draft to next
process.

STEP 6: PERSONAL DETAILS
1) Personal Details
Click on Farmer Photo and
take picture of farmer
Note :

visible, you have to retake
photo and upload
Also you have add multiple
pictures
You can also upload the
Xerox copy of document
,but make sure photo must

While using the app allow
********** to camera to take pictures
This all field you have to fill
at farm only

STEP 7:SHED DETAILS
SHED DETAILS
Farm name:
Enter farm name of
farmer
If farmer have no farm
name you can leave it
blank
Shed address proof:
Click the shed address
proof and take the photo
of shed and click on
upload
By mistake it takes blur
picture then you can
retake the picture
You can take multiple
photos of shed

Click on get location and it
will fetch the location
where you are, that’s why
you have to do this all
steps at farm
Now it is showing your

Land Record :
Enter the land record
number (khasra , land
papers)
Land Record proof:
Click the land record photo
You can add multiple
photos of land record here
Electricity id:
Enter farmer’s electricity
id of farm
If farmer have solar system
then ask old electricity id
and enter
Light bill :
Click on light bill and take
photo of light bill
Length in feet:
Enter shed length in feet
Width in feet:
Enter shed width in feet
Height in feet:
Enter shed length in feet
Select shed type :
In this field this are the
types of shed
If farmer have open shed
then select open shed
Click on the next button
NOTE : If it is not open shed
then contact to your BM
(if you want to select other
shed like PARIVARTAN semi
EC then contact to BM)
Equipment Details:
Previously you enter the
shed length, height, width
then it is automatically
showing the capacity of
shed and also it will show
the Hasian cloth,Dg set
30kva, nipple line system,
gas brooder,diesel brooder
You can also change on it
according to your
requirement
Click on shed photo and
take picture of shed photo
Click on the next button
Bank Details:
Enter bank name of farmer
Enter bank account
number of farmer
Select account type
(saving / current)
Enter IFSC code of farmer
Click on the passbook and
take picture of passbook
Click on the cancelled
cheque and take picture of
cancelled cheque
Click on NOC and take
picture of NOC
(no objection certificate)
Click on the next button
Submit to branch manager:
Click on the CONFIRM
button.
After this it will not
showing in your(LS) draft
It will reflect on Branch
manager’s worklist
Submitted for approval :
First login as a BM and do

will reflecting on LS
Worklist.

Now it is reflected on LS
worklist.
Click on approved by BM
button and it will open the

When you choose the end
date of agreement it is
mandatory to choose
minimum 3 years

Farmer Signature:
After entering the
agreement date the link
will provide to the farmer
If farmer not getting any
text message then you
should click on E-sign here
And process
Also you send the message
to farmer again to click
Resend button
Farmer Signature:
This type of text message
farmer getting
Then click on the link and
proceed next steps

sign
If you want to sign from

Enter farmer Aadhar

Now the document is
signed by farmer .
After the farmer signed
is done then the BM
getting the message for
eSign
Same process for the
BM

Now you can see the
the farmer eSign is
showing on the pdf
You can download and
share the agreement
document .

You can select any one

Farmer verification
Make sure farmer and BM
is done the Esign then turn
on the farmer signature
and company signature
switch
Click on the done button
Now it is submitted to MDM
team
MDM team will check your
request and if all the fields
is filled properly then they
approve your request
If they found any mistake
in the request ,they reject
the request by giving
remarks
It will automatically
showing on your complete
section ,and status is again
draft ,then your work is
ony to correct the field
what’s the MDM remarked
ISSUES :
WRONG CREDENTIAL:
If the error is wrong
credential that means you
entered the wrong mail id
Make sure all the letters
should be in the small
letters
Do not give space in the last
example.id@abisexport.com
Reset@123
BM MOBILE NUMBER NOT
UPDATED:
If the error is BM mobile
number is not updated then
contact to your LIO and HR
to update the mobile
number
INTERNAL ERROR ,
CONTACT SUPPORT:
If the error is internal error ,
contact to support that
means the aadhar card is
11111111111111 not liked with mobile
number
And if aadhar card linked
with mobile number and
still this error is coming
then it means the aadhar
server is down please wait
for sometime (12hours)and
try again letter
GET LOCSATION:
If you are facing this type
of error, this is nothing but
Network problem
Check your internet
connection and try again
later.
PROCESS FAILED:
This type of error comes
when you entered wrong
email id of farmer

Solution:- The whole data
is stored in our system ,You
can not change or edit the
mail id you entered ,simply
you have do is mail our
support team with
mentioning your issue they
will resolve it.
