I, Jaspreet Kaur, born on 08 October 1993, holder of Passport No. U8099424, resident of 30
Himalaya Street, Brampton, ON L6R 2L8, Canada, my phone number is 647-515-5025.
SOLEMNLY AFFIRM and DECLARE AS FOLLOWS:
I am currently on PGWP in Canada and my permit is valid till 14 March 2026.
I make this declaration in connection with request for a Visitor Visa of my mother
Paramjit Kaur (DOB: March 07, 1971, Passport No. W6770362) and my brother
Anmol Singh (DOB: August 31, 1999, Passport No. U6332589) and currently
residents of VPO Mandhali, Tehsil Nawanshahr, SBS Nagar (Shaheed Bhagat Singh
Nagar), Pin Code: 144 501, Punjab, India, to come to Canada. They are Indian
citizens.
It has been around three years since I have seen them, so I would like to invite my
mother and brother to visit Canada to unite with me and spend some quality time
with me. Also, on the occasion of Canada Day. I miss my mother and brother a lot
and wish to meet them. Furthermore, we will hang out all together and visit various
tourist destinations in and around GTA, create beautiful lifelong memories.
They will be visiting to Canada for 3 - 4 weeks only, and I assure you that they will
enter and return back to their country within their authorized stay. They have
strong ties in India. They will not violate the visa’s terms and conditions.
I confirm that undertake to support their quarantine plan (if applicable) upon
arrival into Canada pursuant with the Canadian Government requirements and
quarantine regulation.
My mother and brother will cover all costs for their trip including travel; housing
and food costs during their stay will be covered by me and I will help them in case
of emergency.
I am currently employed full-time as a Cell Phone Technician with Amy Wireless
Ltd., Brampton and earning $_____ per hour. I have around $6000 in my bank
account.
I have adequate resources and sufficient financial means to bear their food and
lodging expenses during their short visit. I have sufficient accommodation at my
residence for their stay.
That I will make sure that they obtain proper health insurance coverage for their
visit to Canada.
I furthermore undertake to make sure that they will not become a burden on any
social program of municipal, province or federal government.
And I make this solemn declaration in support of the application for Visitor Visa
conscientiously believing it to be true and knowing that it is of same force and effect as if
made under oath by virtue of Canada Evidence Act.
