Electronic Ticket are NON-TRANSFERABLE but can be rebooked before departure date subject to seat availability.
Passengers should be at the Airport 3 hours to the ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) of an International flight and 2 hours to the ETD (Estimated Time of
Departure) of a domestic flight for check-in. Check-in closes 40 minutes before departure of an international flight and 40 minutes before departure of a domestic
flight.
ETICKET /BOOKING REFERENCE CODE and photo identification (International passport, National ID card, Photo ID card) are required upon check-in. International
travelers must have their INTERNATIONAL PASSPORTS.
Tickets can be purchased online/counter up to 1 hour before the flight time.
Online check in starts 72 hours to your flight time and ends 3 hours to departure time.
If you change your travel plans and you wish to cancel or reschedule your flight, please call any of our sales point at least 1 hour to the flight time. Failure to do
this will attract a no show fee.
Checked baggage allowance: Domestic (Maximum 30kg for business class 20kg for economy class) International ((Maximum 40kg for business class 30kg for
economy class), Any baggage in excess of checked baggage allowance is chargeable at an excess fee per kilo.
Only one piece of hand luggage, not more than 6 kg and 45 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm, is allowed in the cabin.
