Role: Associate (Apprentice) Advisory Location: Bangalore

What does this role entail?

As part of the one-year apprenticeship program in Advisory LoS, you’ll work as part of a team
of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve
their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Core responsibilities as an Apprentice would entail (but not limited to)


✦ Project Assistance: Help the team with project tasks and deliverables, and participate in
workshops to understand business needs.
✦ Digital Improvements: Work on simplifying and automating tasks to make processes more
efficient.
✦ Certifications and Learning: Earn certifications and digital badges by completing internal
training programs and build knowledge in both digital and business areas.
✦ Compliance and Networking: Follow all compliance guidelines and focus on building strong
internal relationships within the company.
✦ Client Interaction: Understand and manage client expectations, assist in analyzing gaps
between current processes and client needs, and help build strong client relationships.
✦ Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to communicate business requirements
clearly and assist in developing solutions.
✦Presentation Skills: Create impactful presentations for both internal teams and clients.
✦ Knowledge Building: Contribute to internal initiatives by working on proposals, training
materials, and conducting trainings.
✦ Problem-Solving and Strategy: Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver
value to clients, supporting project managers and working independently when needed.

Eligibility Criteria

✦ MBA/PGDM in Finance, SCM, Marketing, BA, Systems IT


✦ Should have 60 % or equivalent CGPA in MBA/PGDM/PGPM with no active backlogs
✦ Applicants should not have any prior work experience and not hold an UAN or PF account

Apprentice Program Journey

✦ The Apprenticeship Program is for 12 months from the date of joining.

✦ Apprentices receive a fixed stipend, plus benefits like Group Medical Insurance and
Leaves. Statutory benefits such as PF & Gratuity are excluded as per legal requirements.

✦ As an Apprentice you will be registered in the apprenticeship registration portal (PwC’s


vendor partner will provide all necessary support)

Apprenticeship completion

✦ Apprentices must complete a 12-month apprenticeship with satisfactory performance, ethics,


compliance, and behavior to receive a formal offer as a Fulltime PwC employee (No separate
probationary period)

✦ Performance reviews and increments follow the apprentice joining cycle.
