Creator Management Contract

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [26/10/2024] between FBF Entertainment Private Limited, hereinafter
referred to as "URPopular," or referred to as “Manager”, registered at VD-17, Gopal Mansion B, Turner Road, Bandra (W),
Mumbai 400050, Maharashtra, India; and Prakash Ranjan iInstagram Username {gopalll_07} , hereinafter referred to as
"Creator."
1. Management Services
1.1 The Manager agrees to provide artist management services to the Creator, including but not limited to representing the
creator in brand deals,sponsorships, promoting the creators to clients, getting business, and managing the creator in order to
get more collab and all the arriving collabs on the email {prakash.r@urpopular.com.}The creator will put this email id on the
Creator Instagram Bio and will write “Managed by URPopular”.
1.2 The creator can access to this mail by using following credentials :-

2. Commission
2.1 In consideration for the services provided, the Creator agrees to pay a 10% commission only on collaborations that we
secure, and no commission will be charged on organic collaborations that the client receives directly through their
Emailsprakash.r@urpopular.com
3. Term
3.1 This Agreement shall commence on 26/10/2024 for trail of 3 months and renew with consent of both parties.
4. Duties of the Manager
4.1 The Manager shall use reasonable efforts to promote and advance the Creator’s career in the Creator Economy.
4.2 The Manager shall keep accurate records of all invoices received on the email ID:- prakash.r@urpopular.com and
provide regular updates of brand deals to the Creator.
5. Duties of the Creator
5.1 The Creator agrees to cooperate with the Manager and act in good faith to further their career objectives.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of this
Agreement.
8. Signing
