* Uploaded the correct level up moves file
Version 2.2: 2020-05-30: Rebalanced Learnsets Update
Rebalanced Versions:
I've gone through every level up move list again to make sure no Pokémon are gimped
by bad level up sets. Many weak Pokémon will learn good moves MUCH earlier than
before. Teddiursa is a good example of this; it should be much more fun to train
now! Note that some level up lists may look bad, but they've been designed around
the levels the Pokémon can be caught at it in the hacks.
Also, I've made additional changes to some Pokémon, as per community request:
* Whiscash now has Adaptability instead of Oblivious
* Salazzle now has Aroma Veil as its second ability
* Leafeon now has Sap Sipper instead of Leaf Guard
* The Oshawott line now have Defiant instead of Shell Armor
* The Misdreavus line now have Levitate, Pixilate and Magician as their abilities
* Porygon-Z and Chandelure now have Mold Breaker as their hidden ability
* Mega Gallade's ability is now Justified
I've also reverted Dark Void's accuracy nerf (so it's back to 80%), increased the
power and accuracy of Comet Punch, and fixed a few errors in the documents.
