I am Ronalyn S. Tambadoc, a graduate of University of Pangasinan - Phinma Education,


Dagupan, with a degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education, class of 2016. I am currently
serving as a public school teacher at Fourth Estate Elementary School-BF Homes and have
learned that continuous learning is essential for both personal and professional growth.

Having gained valuable experience in my current role, I decided to pursue further education by
enrolling in summer classes while on my maternity leave at Universidad de Dagupan. However,
due to responsibilities of caring my newborn and toddler, I was unable to submit the necessary
permit to study requirements to the division office on time.

In this regard, I fervently hope for your utmost understanding and consideration on the late
