JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our
team. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying
prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone or through online channels. The ideal
candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to
thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 Any Graduation/ Post Graduation.

SELECTION PROCESS:

GROUP DISCUSSION & HR INTERVIEW

TRAINING & INTERNSHIP PERIOD: 4 Months ( 15000/- per month during Training &
Internship period)

POST INTERNSHIP PERIOD: 5.2 LPA [4.2 LPA (Base) + 1 LPA(Incentives)]


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE


 Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors.
 Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
 Understand client needs and provide excellent customer service.

2. LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE:

 Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email
campaigns, networking, and social media.
 Develop strategies to generate leads and expand the client base.
 Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track lead progress.
