The package frame provides good protection for the inverter during transportation. However, observe
the following precautions
(1) Do not apply an impact or shock to the package of over 1.5G.
(2) Do not expose the package to salt water or rain.
Do not store the inverter in places with high temperature, low temperature, high
humidity, or severe temperature/humidity variations
Changes in performance of internal parts or condensation may cause performance
degradation and/or failure.
Storage
torage environment Ambient temperature -20 50
Relative humidity less than 95% (No condensation)
The inverter must be stored indoors
If the inverter is stored outdoor, rain, wind and/or condensation (produced by
temperature variation) may cause performance degradation and/or failure.
When storing the inverter after installation for a long time, protect the inverter
from humidity
In case the inverter is not protected from humidity, rust may appear in components
and may cause performance degradation and/or failure.
Take one of the following
foll measures against humidity
(1) Place desiccant inside the cabinet (Refer to the table below).
(2) Reduce the humidity inside the cabinet using a space heater or a similar device.
(3) Reduce the humidity inside the cabinet by periodically operating the inverter
under no-load
no condition (Ageing).
(1) Air caps are used to protect displays, and instruments located in the cabinet surface, and to
protect painting when necessary.
(2) The bottom is protected with a plastic sheet secured with a plastic tape to prevent from dust.
(3) Whenever a wooden packing material is in contact with a painted surface, a felt is located in
between to protect from scratches.
Unpack in a paved floor indoor. If possible, unpack close to the installation place.
Moreover, although an overhead crane is desirable, in case one is not available, enough space for
operate a forklift or a truck-mounted
mounted crane is required.
(1) Before open and dismantle the package, carefully observe all the package structure and the
internal parts of the package and proceed taking care of not to scratch or damage the inverter.
(2) The packing list number may be destroyed when opening the package, thus confirm the correct
packing list number before opening the package. It is useful to write down that number for future
reference.
(3) Prepare all the necessary elements and list up the sequence
sequence to follow before unpacking.
(4) Do not apply direct mechanical shock or vibrations with hammers or other elements when opening
the package
(5) Do not remove the information attached to the inverter until installation is complete.
(6) Be cautious when
en opening the package since it contains small parts that may be lost or
accidentally disposed of.
(7) In you notice any abnormality, damage or lack or excess of components, contact us providing the
packing list number, inverter serial number, quantity and all the necessary information as soon as
possible.

Establish a reference line from the reference point and measure all the distances, angles, inclinations
and levels involved. Install the cabinet base after verifying all the measured parameters. Please refer
to the layout diagram in the attached
attached documentation for the exact location of the fixation holes.
(1) Tolerance for distances measured from the reference line to the upper part of the cabinet
base is +0.5mm. The upper part of the base cannot be below the surface (reference line).
(2) Put a mark for the fixation holes and verify with a theodolite or a transit that the elevation of
each point is equal with a tolerance of 1mm.
(3) Prepare the fixation holes
Fig. 10.2
(1) When installing several cabinets in parallel, mount first the cabinet of the left corner or the cabinet
of right corner. Never begin with cabinets of the center. Proceed then with the cabinet located next
following a left to right or right to left direction accordingly.
(2) Align the cabinet
Align the frontal side of the cabinet using a pinch bar (Fig. 4.3) through the holes located in the
lateral surface of the cabinet and fix it with the corresponding bolt.
(3) Tighten the bolts.
Terminals are located in the DC input cabinet and the AC output cabinet as shown in Fig. 12.2.
