Contract Overview

Declaration of the placement contract


The candidate can choose any proposed position offer without any costs or
consequences. This placement contract outlines the terms and conditions for
both the placement service and payment.

Explanation of §5
To expedite the application process, the candidate needs to pay an advance fee of
100€ excluding tax, which is non-refundable, regardless of whether the candidate
accepts the job offer or not. The benefits of this contract include increased
chances of getting interviews. Our total fee for successful employment placement
is 2300€ excluding 19% tax. There are no additional charges and interest. If the
candidate accepts the job offer, they are required to make monthly installments
of 383€ excluding tax, completing the full amount within 6 months. The first
payment is scheduled to be made four weeks after the beginning of employment.
If the candidate resigns early from the job, the installment payment agreement
will also be terminated.

§1. Our job placement service is dedicated to assisting candidates in finding


suitable employment opportunities. The candidate may propose any preferred
position without incurring additional costs.

§2. A candidate is obligated to the following points:


a) After successfully securing a position with an employer, the candidate must
provide a copy of the signed employment contract within 14 days of signing it.

b) A candidate must inform us if a new employment contract has been


established with any employer facilitated by our firm.

c) By acting in a way that violates the law concerning the contract or the
agreement to disclose information, the candidate is obliged to pay a penalty
equivalent to twice the fees. The obligation to disclose information remains
applicable even after the contract has been terminated.
§3. Contacting third parties or transferring data to them is strictly prohibited
without our explicit consent.

§4. In consideration of the placement service provided, the candidate agrees to


pay an advance fee of 100€, which is non-refundable, regardless of whether the
candidate accepts the job offer or not.

§6. Candidate data will only be stored in the database (according to applicable
data protection laws) for the purpose of work placement. Once the placement
process is completed, the data will be deleted.

§7. Changes to the contract must be made in writing if necessary. If an individual


provision is ineffective, it does not affect the validity of the rest of the contract.

I consent to Rahantech GmbH may store my personal data until the conclusion of
the specific application process, unless the processing is regulated by other legal
bases communicated by me throughout the entire application process.

As long as I continue to respond to regular inquiries from Rahantech GmbH and


my application is active, I acknowledge that I will be withdrawn from the
application process and my data will be deleted once the retention period
expires.

This consent also applies to information concerning my qualifications and


activities obtained from publicly accessible sources, lawfully acquired by
Rahantech GmbH as part of the application process.

I have been informed that I may revoke this consent at any time without
providing reasons. In such a case, the data will be deleted as long as no further
claims are anticipated from the application process.
With my signature I confirm that I have comprehensively read and understood the
contents, willingly given my consent and undertake to uphold the confidentiality
of company and business secrets.
