Introduction

Welcome to Loom Alchemy Stimuli Configuration.

Here we’ll be creating the following…

1. Subject Line (1 variant)

2. Email body copy (3 variants)
3. Loom audio file (3 variants)
4. Cold follow-up sequence (1 variant)
5. Warm follow-up sequence (1 variant)

Right now you won’t understand the flows and ins and outs of Loom Alchemy. That’s fine, it’ll all
be explained in later modules. For now, we just need to create the assets.

Reminder: if you haven’t watched Acquisition Genesis in full, go and do it before this.

1. Subject Line

Subject lines:

Simple subject lines that invoke curiosity work best.

- Quick question for (FULL NAME)

- Query for (FULL NAME)
- Question for (FULL NAME)
- Enquiry for (FULL NAME)
- For the attention of (FULL NAME)
- (FULL NAME)

^ replace (FULL NAME) with (COMPANY NAME) if unable to find name.

Take your pick!

Write your subject line below…

If you are the personal owner of the Imperium Labs LTD End User License then you may use it for your own use but not for any other purpose.
2. Email Body Copy

The framework:

> hi (firstname)
> generalised compliment
> offer stated with conviction
> risk reversal
> loom link
> further conviction statement
> request for call
> thanks
> (optional) p.s. with more conviction

Examples: (Examples) Body Copy

You need to come up with three variants of copy. You’ll want to run variant 1, and test it
according to the instructions found in the Loom Systems Modules. If it doesn’t produce a
good result, test variant 2, then if that doesn’t work, try 3.

To test any variable in Loom, we need to send (and perfectly deliver to the inbox) 300
emails. We also need to have completed the entire cold follow-up sequence.

Tips:

- Less is more
- Keep your tone friendly
- Focus on results
- Have 2-3 ‘conviction points’
- Ask for the call
- Know your niche
- Best copy = offer

Draft your 3 variants using the template below (keep them distinguishable from each other)

Draft them here: Loom Alchemy Body Copy Drafting

3. Loom Audio File

Next up is the script for the Loom itself. We’re going to show you how to automate recording
using an evergreen audio file, so all we need to focus on here is getting the script and
delivery right on the audio file.

The framework:

> introducing yourself

> gratify the view
> making the video to show some effort has been put in
> you have an incredible/amazing/brilliant opportunity/offer for them
> explaining the offer
> explain risk reversal
> explaining the system (very high level)
> most people respond positively
> because of the personal touch & offer
> if you’re open to getting (result)
> let’s schedule a call
> there’s a button to schedule at the end of the video
> looking forward to talking, can’t wait
> thanks etc

Length:

1 min -> 2 min (no longer)

Tone:

- BE Confident (main thing) **

- BE Excited
- BE Enthusiastic
- BE Happy

** Are your words wrapped in conviction and confidence? Do you actually believe you can
deliver on your offer? You need to KNOW you can crush it for them.

- NOT monotonous
- NOT boring
- NOT robotic
- NOT over-the-top (don’t wanna sound like you’re on cocaine)

Tips:

- Get to the point (don’t ramble)

- Don’t discuss details of your service/product (keep it high level)

- Use words that come naturally to you

Examples: (Examples) Loom Audio Files

You need to come up with three variants of the audio file. You’ll want to run variant 1, and
test it according to the instructions found in the Loom Systems Modules. If it doesn’t produce
a good result, test variant 2, then if that doesn’t work, try 3.

To test any variable in Loom, we need to send (and perfectly deliver to the inbox) 300
emails. We also need to have completed the entire cold follow-up sequence.

Step 1: Scripting
Step 2: Reading aloud & changing script
Step 3: Recording (record 3 versions of each one, pick the best)

Step 1: Scripting

Draft your 3 variants using the template below (keep them distinguishable from each other)

Draft them here: Loom Alchemy Audio File Drafting

Step 2: Read aloud

Now go ahead and read the scripts you’ve drafted aloud to yourself. You’ll notice certain
phrases or words don’t come naturally to you and feel weird. Change them to what feels
natural.

Step 3: Recording

Open your phone or computer and record each variant 3 times. Recall the BE’s and NOT’s
from earlier. Make sure your mic quality is GOOD. Make sure the acoustics in the room are
GOOD. Don’t sound boring, monotonous, robotic or dull. Listen to the 3 recordings for each
variant and pick the best one. Delete the others, and upload them to your Google drive.

4. Cold follow-up sequence

If someone doesn’t reply to our initial Loom, we’ll follow-up 3 times.

Cold follow-up best practises:

- Shorts sentences, no longer than 15 words

- Simple & to the point
- Objective is to get them to watch the video
- Keep vague

Examples:

1 - Hey firstname, what did you think of the video I sent?

1 - Hey firstname, do you have any thoughts on that video I sent over?

1 - Hey firstname, did you get the chance to check out that video I sent?

2 - Hey firstname, figured this got buried. Any thoughts on the video?

(LOOM)

2 - Hey firstname, I’m guessing you missed the video I sent. What do you think?

(LOOM)

2 - Hey firstname, just bumping this, did you check it out?

(LOOM)

3 - Hi firstname, did you see the video? Keen to know your thoughts.

3 - Hi firstname, any thoughts on the video I sent?

3 - Hi firstname, hope you received the video OK. What did you think?

5. Warm follow-up sequence

If someone replies positively to our Loom, but not to our request to book them in after the
reply, we follow-up 8 times.

(Details on how to reply are explained in the actual Loom Systems modules).

(Initial reply will be answering any questions they have & inviting them to a discovery call
with a calendly link).

Tips:

- Assume they want to book

- Keep them simple and straightforward

1 - Hey firstname, can’t wait to chat.

I opened a few slots here for you: (CALENDLY)
