Description
I have a CELSIUS R630, D1691, BIOS release 1.02 cuztomized. I want to run two SCSI UW320 FUJ:MAP3735NP
harddisks with RAID 1. While Low Level formatting the drives, the system shuts down, when only 30% are formatted.
Solution
The problem occurs only with brand new SCSI hard disk drives. As soon as the drives have been used once there will be
no problem furthermore.
If the failure occures during the RAID creation, the following happens: After reboot the RAID (RAID 1 = Mirror) is not
created and does not run. But after a reset, the RAID creation will start again at the failing point and will finalise
successfully.
