Mock Interview Program
Overview
The mock interview program aims to simulate real interview scenarios for students, providing
them with valuable experience and feedback. This program is divided into two parts:
Technical Interview and HR Interview, spanning across three weeks with specific activities,
and a special task assigned in the fourth week.

Technical Interview Schedule (First Three Weeks)
1. 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM: Viva Session with live coding
o This session involves an oral examination where students are asked questions
to assess their understanding of various technical concepts.
2. 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM: Coding Test
o Students take a coding test to evaluate their practical coding skills. This test
includes problems that they must solve within the given time.
3. 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM: Presentation
o Students present their projects or any assigned topics to demonstrate their
communication and presentation skills. Rathika Ma'am will also be present for
evaluations and feedback.
HR Interview Schedule
• 3:45 PM to 5:00 PM: HR Mock Interview
o This session simulates an HR interview where students are evaluated on their
soft skills, behavioural responses, and overall suitability for a corporate
environment.
Fourth Week
• Task Assignment: Students will be assigned tasks related to their mock interviews to
handle nano students (new or less experienced students). This is to ensure they apply
what they have learned in a mentoring role.
Report Sheet for Technical and HR Interview
• The report sheet will have sections such as V1, V2, V3, P1, etc., to log viva sessions,
presentations, and other evaluations.
• Components to Monitor:
o Marks: Scores obtained in different assessments.
o Remarks: Feedback provided by trainers.
o Video Record: Recordings of the sessions for further review and self-
assessment by the students.
Job Assistance Program
Schedule (First Three Weeks)
1. 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Technical Theory & Coding Test
o Theory: This includes theoretical questions on various technical subjects.
o Coding Test: Practical coding problems to solve.
2. 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM: HR Test
o This includes HR-related questions to prepare students for the HR interview
rounds.
Fourth Week Schedule
1. 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM: Technical Viva
o Viva: Oral examination on technical knowledge.
o Live Coding: Real-time coding challenge.
o Project Explanation: Students explain their projects, demonstrating their
understanding and communication skills.
2. 10:00 AM onwards: HR Viva
o Students who attend the technical viva then proceed to the HR viva, where
their soft skills and behavioural responses are assessed.
Coding Test Details
• Total Questions: 20
o Theory: 10 Questions
o Coding: 10 Questions
Report Sheet for Job Assistance
• The report sheet will include sections such as m1, m2, m3, v1, m4, m5, m6, V2, etc.
• Components to Monitor:
o Marks: Scores out of 100.
o Remarks: Feedback and observations.
o Advancement Criteria: Students must score above 80 to proceed to the next
subject.
Reporting
• Reports will be sent to students within the same day or the next day after evaluations.
This report includes detailed feedback, marks, and video recordings for students to
review their performance and improve accordingly.
