1. Top ten highest-paid companies for data scientist job role

[Application Used: Reference Line, Filter, Marks Card]

This analysis helps us understand the salaries different companies offer for data scientist positions.

The bullet chart above shows the top ten companies paying the highest salaries to data scientists.

The X axis represents the base salary, and the Y axis lists the company name. A ranking filter is

added to display companies in order of the salaries they offer data scientists. Job title filters are

also included to select data scientist roles. The job title filter can be adjusted to show salaries for

different roles at different companies.

2. Job opportunities in different states in the USA

[Application: Geographic Map, Filter, Marks Card]

The chart shows a map of the United States showing features in different states based on longitude

and latitude. Colors indicate job title, and data is filtered by base salary. The map shows that data

analyst jobs are available in most regions of the US, while machine learning jobs are offered in

fewer states. Data analyst and Data engineering is the most popular role, followed by data

scientists, with most opportunities in the Eastern United States. This analysis helps understand the

availability of jobs in different regions. Filters allow us to focus on specific positions and see their

distribution by state, helping candidates decide where to apply.

3. Maximum and minimum salary offered for the different location for data scientist

[Application Used: Parameter, Sort, Filter, Marks Card]

The bar graph above shows the maximum and minimum salaries for different positions in various

locations. The X axis shows the position, while the Y axis shows the maximum and minimum
salary for each role. The configured filter allows dynamic modification of the 10 highest salaries

displayed. The analysis helps understand salary differences for different positions in different

locations.

4. Average salary offered by different sectors for different job roles

[Application Used: Filter, Marks sheet]

The bar chart above illustrates the average salary across different industries and job profiles within

the data science field. Each bar represents the average salary for a specific job title in different

industries. The X-axis details different fields and job titles, while the Y-axis shows the

corresponding average salary. Overall, this chart looks at the salary gap between different positions

in different industries.

5. Salary offered by different sectors for Data Scientist

[Application Used: TreeMap, Filter, Marks sheet]

Tree Map’s visualization illustrates the distribution of job titles across different industries based

on their respective sizes. Each segment of the chart represents the number of job openings in

different fields. Darker colors represent higher amounts of work, while lighter colors represent

fewer opportunities. In recent years, demand for data science roles has increased significantly.

According to the analysis, industries such as information technology, biotechnology and

pharmaceuticals, insurance, healthcare, aerospace and defense have a significant need for data

scientists. The analysis highlights the widespread adoption of data science careers in many

companies.
