To apply for the MAC Education Fund, please follow these instructions:
1. Determine if you qualify financially for the grant by referring to the table below.
2. Only apply for children enrolled at Olive Grove School (OGS or OGHS) for the 2024-25 school year. One
application per family.
3. Send the complete form along with the 2023 Notice of Assessments to mac_ef@olivegroveschool.ca by
May 31, 2024

Conditions of Eligibility
With Allah (swt) as my witness:
1. I certify that my children will attend Olive Grove School (OGS or OGHS) for the upcoming school year.
2. I certify that our total household income does not exceed the amount identified in the table above.
3. The tuition assistance grant pays 30% of the school's tuition directly. I am required to pay the remaining tuition,
as well as any additional fees, to the school on time.
4. I understand payments from the MAC Education Fund will continue only as long as my children are enrolled in
Olive Grove School (OGS or OGHS) and I stay current on my portion of the tuition and fee payments.
5. I understand that the MAC Education Fund is solely responsible for grant decisions, and all decisions are final.
6. If approved, I understand and accept that all or part of the assistance grant comes from Zakat funds. Any
inaccurate, fraudulent, incorrect, or misleading information will misuse Zakat funds.
7. I understand I am obliged to verify my income and assets to prove financial eligibility.
8. I agree to allow the MAC Education Fund program access to my children's past and future school records to
evaluate the program's effectiveness. Test results and academic records will not impact the tuition assistance
grant.
9. If the number of applications exceeds the number of tuition assistance grants available, a random selection
will be conducted to select grant recipients. Only families chosen will be contacted via email
10. I understand that it is strictly up to Olive Grove School (OGS or OGHS) to accept my child for enrollment.
Qualifying for or receiving a tuition assistance grant does not guarantee admission to Olive Grove School
(OGS or OGHS).
11. I agree to release the MAC Education Fund from any liability in its efforts to provide a tuition assistance grant.
12. Tuition assistance grants are renewable annually for students provided the recipients continue to meet
eligibility requirements and remain a student in good standing with Olive Grove School (OGS or OGHS).
13. I agree to notify the school of any changes in my/ our social or financial circumstances within 14 days of the
occurrence. I understand that failure to inform the school of said change(s) could result in the recovery of
any overpayments and cancellation of the grant.
