Optimization and Manufacturing of HPGP Rocket Nozzle (MS Mechanical)
This project was focusing on optimizing the nozzle for hypersonic velocities. Conducted comprehensive CFD simulations using ANSYS Workbench to validate the design. ➢ Conducted comprehensive CFD simulations using ANSYS Workbench to analyse and validate the aerodynamic performance of the nozzle under hypersonic conditions. ➢ Performed numerical analysis using MATLAB to support design optimization and ensure accurate calculations. ➢ Focused on optimizing the rocket nozzle for hypersonic velocities to enhance performance.
Design and Manufacturing of Electric Bike (BS Mechanical)
Designed and manufactured an electric bike, showcasing skills in mechanical design and electrical systems integration. (Lead the group in Final Year Project) ➢ Created CAD models of various E-Bike components using PTC Creo and conducted structural analysis of the frame in ANSYS Workbench to evaluate strength under desired load conditions. ➢ Calculated the required torque and power specifications for the hub motor, as well as the voltage and current requirements for the battery. ➢ Demonstrated hands-on fabrication techniques and project management abilities.
