PRACTITIONER (level 5) level is over a period of 18 months.
Admission Requirements:
1. Registration form to be fully completed
2. 2 ID or Passport photos (Student)
3. National Senior Certificate/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (Student)
4. Certified copy of ID/passport (Student)
5. Certified copy of ID/passport(Parent/guardian or sponsor)
6. Proof of residential address (Student and Sponsor’s if they are different)

Fees:
• REGISTRATION AND DEPOSIT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Fees are paid in advance on the 1st of every month, if parent or sponsor receives salary on the 15th, 25th or any
other day than the 1st of the month an arrangement has to be done at the College. Please ensure this is done to
avoid unnecessary misunderstanding.
• Interest will be charged on all outstanding fees.
