OF A SUPERBIKE
The Aprilia RS 457 is powered by an ultra-tech,
high-performance, liquid-cooled parallel-twin DOHC four-valve
engine, delivering 35 kW of power, the maximum for a bike that
can be ridden with an A2 licence. Mounted on the aluminium alloy
chassis, it creates a vehicle with a dry weight of just 159 kg,
unbeatable in terms of power-to-weight ratio.

Agile, dynamic and easy to handle without losing its
sporting DNA and higher-class performance, the RS
457 is the fairing bike giving dynamic younger riders
the chance to explore the legendary Aprilia RS range.
The clip ons above the steering plate are an excellent
compromise between a sporty, road-bike style and
the ergonomic needs for an outstanding handling.
The Aprilia RS 457’s standard electronic package
with Ride by Wire system, adjustable traction control
and three riding modes put it in a true sports bike class.

RS STYLE
The iconic features of the RS super sports bike models,
such as the double front fairing and 2-in-1 exhaust set up
with underbelly silencer integrated with the belly pan, all
convey the sporting nature of the RS 457. The full LED front
headlamp is a nod to the entire RS range lighting system and
incorporates the front indicators. The handlebar controls are
backlit, and the 5-inch TFT display is in colour.

controls the engine and features 3 riding modes for
power, torque and traction control, adjustable on
three levels and also offering disabled mode.

The dynamic qualities and ease of handling come down to the
design choices made to reduce the weight, such as the aluminium
frame and load-bearing engine block. The chassis architecture
makes for bold, safe riding. The fork offers preload adjustability,
the braking system features a single radial-mount 4-piston calliper
pinching a 320 mm disk up front and a 220 mm disk up back, with
dual-channel ABS and dual-map settings. The 17” sport wheels
provide support that is stable but always quick and responsive.
